We had a girls trip & it was just what we needed. A place for relaxing & lots of laughter. This little studio was exactly like the pictures & had everything we needed. The only thing I would suggest is if the tv was in a different location. We had a wonderful stay & would definitely recommend the Rumbling Bald 😊

We went to Rumbling Bald for a wedding. I should have done a little more research. Had I known all the things to do there, I would have added another day to our trip. Would definitely go back.

Very clean and easy to check in to! The pool and hot tub are a few minutes drive away though

This was our second year spending Thanksgiving at the Rumbling Bald resort and it was absolutely amazing again! The condominiums are very clean and spacious and the atmosphere is absolutely breathtaking. It is our ultimate destination when we want to enjoy a peaceful community plus the amenities of a great vacation rental. This is the perfect getaway, highly recommended!!

Very cute condo. Resort access was nice to have as there is not much to do but n the area without driving 30-40mins. But with the resort access, you have several pools, a beach, and lots of other things that will keep you busy. The condo is a good size for two people. The added perk of being able to bring our dog was nice. The kitchen is limited- small air fryer and stove top with minimal container options for putting things in the microwave, but we were able to make it work since we were only there a few days. There is a Keurig with coffee pods, which was nice. Overall, the place is clean, dog friendly, with nice access to a resort.

We had a peaceful stay. The space was as described. It was clean and simple. The location was great.

Soo much to do! we were very surprised at all the amenities. We will definitely come back. We enjoyed the amenities so much we didn't leave the resort to see the area.

We came up for the weekend to attend a wedding at the nearby Riverside Event Center. Rumbling Bald was a great location! Plenty amneitites for all to enjoy. The location was close enough to do some sight seeing in the town of Lake Lure and visit Chimney Rock State Park. Our Stonecrest home was lovely, just as decribed and we lacked for nothing. Thanks!

Rumbling bald was very well situated there was a place to grocery shop very close the scenery was excellent and the lake was serene and quiet due to off season.

It was a great peaceful Escape for the weekend. The hosts were very communicative and the place was very clean.

it was a wonderful stay and Joy was a great host. The location is beautiful and peaceful. The condo was very comfortable to stay in for 4 of us and has part of the lake right behind it which makes it serene. The check in was smooth , wifi worked without a problem , parking is right in front of the unit, the neighborhood is quiet, and hiking trails are close by. Important to know that you may have to drive a bit for getting groceries etc if you plan to cook dinners. Asheville downtown is about an hour away with 20 min of highway time and other 40 min is winding roads getting to the scenic community. That part of the drive is quiet dark after sunset. Overall, it's a great place for R&R, and Joy is a very warm and responsive host - we would love to come back again soon. Thanks Joy.

I can only rate Andrea on her communication. Unfortunately we were scheduled to come the same time Hurricane Helene made her presence. Andrea kept us up to date on weather conditions throughout storm. Unfortunately we were unable to get there to see the home ourselves, but I would definitely book again with Andrea just based on her communication. I hope that they did not endure too much damage, but unfortunate Lake Lure has a lot to recover from.

We had a fantastic stay at Kenji’s place. It’s exactly as described. Easy check-in and the place easy clean and tidy. Access to Rumbling Bald is awesome, with so much to do near by. Would love to stay again. Perfect for our family of 3.

We absolutely loved Fairway Villa 106! It’s now a family fave! The condo was beautifully decorated and the layout of the living area and bedrooms was perfect for our family. The screened in porch was a family favorite hang out spot in the mornings as we enjoyed hearing the birds, watching the ducks and geese play in the water, and the squirrels chasing each other up and down the trees! The location was very close to the Rumbling Bald amenities. And, with Bald Mountain Lake access near the home, it made it extra fun for our family! The owners allowed us to use their blow up kayak and floats that were very easy to take on the small lake. We also brought our own fishing poles along with charcoal and food to grill, taking full advantage of the beautiful lakefront pavilion right down the road. And the late check out time let us really enjoy our last day there. The owners were very responsive, thoughtful, and made our vacation comfortable and worry free! We can’t wait to come back!
