This cozy retreat is perfect for a getaway or to be near skiing, hunting (lots of public land nearby), or Houghton U. & Letchworth. It has a fully stocked kitchen, the master bedroom has a queen bed, and the loft has two twin beds. The living room is comfortable, and it is quiet!!! Hunters, check out the map in the pics. Enough lawn space to play any game imaginable and easy access down to the lake.

A semi remote, off the grid, newly constructed,comfortable 14' x 24' cabin with a 8' x 14' porch. Solar powered with running hot water and heat. Located on 90 acres of recreational and hunting land. The electricity is sourced from an on-site solar system, with a remote start generator to assure never losing power. This location is for those who are looking for an experience different from the hotel/motel setting. However, still providing all basic amenities Hunting is available.

Indian Lodge on Rushford Lake

Stay in a very unique original log cabin on Rushford Lake. Built in 1939 by Sanford Hubbard as originally 1 of 30 Arts & Crafts cabins on the lake. The cabin has been lovingly restored, and will be a very unique experience. Keep in mind this is a cabin, so there are some “rustic” qualities. This cabin is lake front, with new stairs leading down to the shoreline and dock. Kayaks and paddle boards are available for your use. This is a great place to make family memories!

This ADA Compliant/ Handicap Accessible Lakefront Cottage contains a kitchenette, bedroom with queen bed, private bathroom with shower, heating/cooling + a futon with full mattress. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee on the deck overlooking the water and watch the the sunrise over Silver Lake. Located on the west side of Silver Lake, minutes from Letchworth State Park and the village of Perry NY. The cottage is best suited for two Adults and one small child.

This cozy space is on the second story so if you have a hard time with stairs sadly we aren't the place for you. Try us out, you won't be disappointed!!
