Cozy upstairs apartment, 1/2 mile away from the Village of East Davenport. This is a tiny spot, but perfect for a weekend stay or a work week trip. Radiant heat, and a lovely view of the neighborhood and sometimes peek of the river. Free Roku , and Disney+! (no local channels) WiFi Kitchen cook wear, utensils and complementary coffee and tea with to go cups for early mornings. LGBTQ+ friendly.🏳️‍🌈 Owner occupied with young noisy children in the rest of the house. No shared space, we share walls.

The lower-living space is 1000+ sq ft in the lower level of our ranch house. It is very quiet and private. The front door is shared and is just 2 steps to the AirbNb entrance. We are 5 min off I-280 / I-74 near Augustana College, John Deere, Rock Island Arsenal, etc. Cozy apartment with kitchen w/dining, large private bathroom, family room w/dining area, couch/hide-a-bed and futon, large bedroom and a 2nd bedroom/workout room. Free parking in our driveway and high speed internet.

Space is the upstairs of a duplex. Self check-in. Safe and friendly neighborhood. This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Note: Access requires steep stairs, so it may not suit guests with mobility concerns. Friendly owners live downstairs and are happy to assist. The place is close to St. Ambrose, Genesis West, Restaurants, 5 min from Palmer, Downtown and Mississippi Valley Fair grounds, 12 min from Augustana and 14 min from the Vibrant Arena.

Located just blocks from the Mississippi River you can walk along a paved bike path with gorgeous views. In the evening enjoy the vibrant nightlife, with music and a dinner playhouse! This tiny historic cottage is great for a quick night, but perfect for class reunions, weddings and the John Deer Classic!

This was my significant other and mine first vacation from the world❤️ We loved it so much! It was an amazing place to stay, feels just like home! the beautiful view accompanied by the wildlife made it so peaceful. The town nearby has amazing food and even better people! Jillane and Kendra went above and beyond making sure the cabin was ready for us when we arrived! From dog bowls, towels, cooking utencils and much more! As I mentioned this was our first vacation, what a vacation it was! Thank you again to the host❤️
