Quiet and clean apartment with great shopping and restaurants nearby.

This was a fantastic stay in a great location, right in the heart of the city center of Lucca. The apartment matched the description perfectly. It was especially convenient for anyone studying at LIS (Lucca Italian School). The host was incredibly kind and helpful, even assisting with luggage on both arrival and departure. The host was also very responsive whenever needed. The balcony was a big plus - as you are on the third floor, but you can step outside any time. We really enjoyed the birds outside. This place is highly recommended, and we would stay again the future.

I don't think you can get a place in Lucca with this kind of rooftop terrace. Beautiful views on all sides of the apartment. For this I will definitely come back! The furniture of the apartment is a little outdated but that doesn't add up to the beautiful scenery. In the kitchen, the equipment was brand new. The bathroom and bed superclean. It is in a quiet neighborhood with small shops around you. Only 5 minutes walk to the city center. The communication with the host is flexibel and easy. I really enjoyed my stay. Thank you!

Our stay with Miriam was absolutely wonderful! Right from the start, the personal welcome made a big difference – Miriam was always available and greeted us in person, which was such a nice and rare touch these days. The apartment is beautifully and lovingly decorated, with so much attention to detail. We were especially impressed to find a thoughtful selection of basics already in the fridge – something you don’t see often! We felt completely at home – it honestly felt just like our own place. Daniel‘s apartment was recently renovated and very centrally located to the old city of Luca it was an easy walk to parking and an easy entrance onto the wall to walk around the city of the highlight of our visit .

Beautiful apartment in an interesting street. Lovely and peaceful inside and very tastefully decorated. Superbly equipped and even a basket of ‘useful things’, everything had been thought of, even bottles of spring water ready filled for us. A delightful place

Karine was very nice - she met as at arrival and helped us with our luggage as it is a bit tricky to get to the house by car if you'r not used to tiny Italian village streets. She gave us recommendations for the area and even made a booking for us for dinner. The apartment was very nice with a beautiful view, we enjoyed having breakfast on our private terrace and had a great time! Would definitely recommend :) Thank you, Karine!

Really enjoyed staying in this apartment. It was absolutely adorable, spacious, and quiet. The neighborhood seemed safe and it was easily walkable to everywhere I wanted to go. Finally, I just really appreciate the fact that Roberta did not make me clean the apartment before the cleaning crew arrived. Highly recommend!

We expected a clean and well-maintained accommodation and facility with swimming pool. The hosts were always very friendly and helpful. We felt very comfortable.

A fabulous apartment, within an easy walk from the train or bus station. It contained everything we needed for our stay. The location is perfect for walking the walls and exploring Lucca.

Laura & Sandro were amazing hosts! After a horrible experience at our previous Airbnb in Perugia, Laura’s place was a breath of fresh air. She messaged us 10 days before our arrival to let us know about nearby road construction and even offered a full refund if we wanted to cancel. We appreciated her honesty and chose to stay and we’re so glad we did! She asked for our ETA to have the A/C running, and we walked into a cool, welcoming apartment. Upon arrival, there was wine, beer, snacks, and even pasta and sauce in the pantry, such thoughtful touches. The apartment is in a beautiful, upscale neighborhood with stunning mansions and a gorgeous balcony with stunning views perfect for relaxing. Communication was smooth, and Laura went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We highly recommend this place and will definitely be staying here again. Laura is truly a gem of a host!

Wonderful accommodation in a great location! Ideal for people with dogs, you can see the dogs from the sea on the terrace, very cozy and private. Great beach, nice atmosphere. Marina is very warm and has given everything so that we have a great stay. Wau Beach especially for nearby dogs.

I can’t say enough good things about our stay at this beautiful Airbnb in Florence! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The apartment was spotless, stylish, and had that authentic Italian charm you dream about—wooden beams, warm terracotta floors, and a tiny Juliet balcony overlooking the rooftops. Pure magic. The location was unbeatable—just a short walk to the Duomo, the Uffizi, and the Ponte Vecchio. Yet somehow, it felt tucked away and peaceful, like a local secret. We could pop out for a morning espresso and be back before the croissants cooled down. Our host was incredibly welcoming and helpful, giving us tips on where to eat like a Florentine (pro tip: skip the tourist traps near the piazzas and follow their suggestions—you won’t regret it!). Absolutely gorgeous views overlooking the river from the bedroom suite. The location is walkable to all the main attractions of the city (Florence is relatively small!), and coming back to this BnB after long days of sightseeing was a joy. Would absolutely stay again if back in the area.

This apartment in the heart of Florence is a true gem. It’s spacious, comfortable, and modern, yet still retains its historic charm. The location is simply dreamlike, with the widow view and the proximity to The Accademia being the highlight. Having the Accademia right in front of the window was priceless. The bathroom is spacious and clean, and the kitchen is well-stocked and discreet. Conveniently located, restaurants, shops, and a supermarket are just a short walk away. The communication was easy and fast, and Luca was friendly and helpful. Overall, this is a perfect apartment in an ideal location. Apartment as described. Very clean and comfortable. The center is a 10-minute walk away. Always top-notch and very kind communication. When I return to Florence, if there is the possibility, I will return to this apartment.

After another Airbnb mishap, Gianluca was so accommodating to allow to book and check in late last minute. He even met us there personally to be sure we got in okay. He even had the fold out couch ready with linens and provided a few breakfast items. The place was better than we’d hoped, location was fantastic, updated and perfectly clean! We would absolutely stay here again. This place will be one of the highlights of our trip!

From booking to checking out, things could not have been smoother. Everything was as described and Alessandra was a very responsive and reasonable host. The area was also fantastic- 10 minutes walk to the Duomo and the restaurants and bars in the small Piazza five minutes’ walk away were excellent. Hope to return soon!

Highly recommend staying here. It’s a beautiful little apartment with very large outdoor roof space for dining, lounging etc. very clean. Walking distance to all of lucca.

Friendly & super responsive host. Loved the Italian architecture of the building, but comfortable within the renovated interiors of the unit. Stayed in Time room with seniors & a child, had all necessary amenities. Great location, far enough from the chaos yet close to the main square & train station.

The accommodation is in a large family building perched on a hill and offers a splendid view of the Tuscan landscape. The interior matches the photos perfectly. We find many trinkets, paintings, souvenirs of all kinds that evoke the generations that have succeeded each other in this beautiful house. The pool is exceptionally large and perfect after a day of discovery. Too bad there's no air conditioning, but Antiionetta provided 2 welcome fans. The car can be parked in the courtyard.
