In the quiet village center of Haiming, we have - on the 2nd floor! - of our large, older house, two rooms, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, toilet with what is available to us, pleasantly furnished. At the entrance of the Ötztal, we are easily accessible by train or bus (about 10 or 3 minutes on foot) and car (parking at the house) and connected to Innsbruck and all the leisure activities of this region. The farm shop, bakery and butcher are around the corner, 5 minutes to the "MiniEKZ" in the village.

Welcome to the house of my childhood memories. It is located right below the castles of Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau, surrounded by lakes and mountains. Inspired by the contrast between heritage and sharing economies, the designer Michl Sommer and his team of featuring-amsterdam have created this microcosm inside the traditional neighbourhood of Hohenschwangau. The 180 sqm living area provides generous space, and the 1'400 sqm garden is large enough for football games.

Our house is ideal for larger groups to have fine hours. In summer, barbecue on the terrace; in winter, in the cozy lounge with a tiled stove. The stop to the Hochzeiger or the Pitztal Glacier is right next to the house. The village center is only a 5-minute walk away. To Area 47, for rafting or canyoning, you have a travel time of 20-30 minutes. From mid-June to the end of August, only bookings from 7 days. A short-stay surcharge will be charged for up to 3 nights.

The holiday apartment Ferienwohnung Max 1, which is situated in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, overlooks the Alps. The 55 m² property con sists of a living-/sleeping room, a fully-equipped kitchenand 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, a washing machine as well as a dryer. A baby cot and a high chair are also available. This vacation rental features a private outdoor area with an open terrace and a barbecue.
