This listing needs better photos or a video because they don’t do justice to how spacious and amazing this place really is. It’s super clean, and the grill is connected to a gas line, which made grilling easy without having to worry about propane. I brought my six kids and we had an absolute blast. The game room was a hit, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The jacuzzi, 2.5 bathrooms, and two kitchen tables make it perfect for large groups. I’ll definitely be coming back!

we absolutely loved staying here. The inside was beautiful and accommodating. The hot tub was private. We also loved being so close to Midtown. We would love to stay here again.

Everything with this unit was great. Had just the right amount of knotty pine. The bathroom was really nice as well. Wish the hot tub was a little more private.

If you are looking for the perfect place to be in the woods and see lots of wildlife look no further. This place was in the perfect location as it is right next to the golf course where all the elk love to hang out. We saw lots of elk and mule deer during our stay here. The place is super welcoming and we felt right at home. The beds were extremely comfortable. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay and explore Ruidoso!

Cuddle Up cabin is a perfect spot for a weekend getaway or longer. The cabin itself is nicely furnished, comfortable, and well stocked with essentials. Beds were comfortable, living room was good for family lounging, and the hot tub was perfect and relaxing after exploring Ruidoso all day. Instructions were provided and clear. Local recommendations were appreciated. Our only complaint is the lack of clothing storage so we really had to just live out of suitcases, which isn't that big of a deal, more of a convenience thing. Overall five out of five, would rent again!

This property was perfect for our stay with family. Ample room and open space for hanging out together. We really enjoyed our stay. It is uphill so definitely a 4x4 needed in winter months. The area is very nice and close to other main areas of ruidoso very centrally located to accommodate whether you want to be cozy away from people or just a few minutes to town.

We love staying here! This is our second time coming as a family and I’m sure we will be back. The house is clean and the view is amazing. The game room is perfect for kids.

Nancy was great, she kept us up to date on weather conditions, let us check in early, and was there whenever we needed her!

The Elk Run Cabin was beautiful inside and out. My daughter and I stayed here over the weekend and everyone was very nice and I was surprised it was gated which was another nice feature for extra security. The listing was right in our first night there the deer were literally right outside our door walking through. My daughter was excited to see them and it made our trip! The inside was nice and clean and as mentioned you can tell remodeled in a manner that was well done. The mattress for the bed was great and the towels were so soft for the bathroom. It’s the little things in quality like that, that make us love the host even more. We would definitely stay again and will probably be back in the future. We were visiting for a softball tournament also to help any other parents out and we were only 4 minutes from the Eagle Creek fields which was highly convenient during the hot day to run back to the cabin instead of sitting in the hot sun all day.

This is a beautiful home with great location and awesome views from all sides. The furnishings are high quality and very comfortable. You can do as much (game room, billiards, garage bar, hot tub, etc.) or as little (just take in the view from the multiple decks/porches) as you'd like--this house has something for everyone. Although we never needed Krystal's help (as everything "worked"!), she communicated well with us and made it known that we were welcome to contact her if we needed anything. We appreciated her local recommendations and thanking us for contributing to the local economy--we were more than happy to! Such a great stay (even 6 nights wasn't enough!) and we hope to be back in the future!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed, yet peaceful and quiet at night. The host was incredibly responsive and welcoming, making check-in and communication effortless. I truly appreciated the little touches, like fresh towels, toiletries, and local recommendations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

This is a very sweet, modern, cabin/home for two! Comfy bed, great shower, lovely space to be in! We also enjoyed both the quiet and the views from the deck, while still being a close drive to town.

It was the perfect size for our family (3 couples). One feature we really appreciated was the no-step entry, which made loading and unloading a breeze. Nestled among the tall pines in the upper canyon Terri ad David's place is a great escape. I have stayed in a few Air BnB and there are always a few things that are missing and not what I would call a true home feel. This is not the case with Terri and David's place. It was equipped with everything you could need and reminded me of being home. If you can tear yourself away from the beautiful home and fantastic deck and care to explore, the location is perfect for exploring the Ruidoso and they surrounding areas. A quick 3 minute drive to the midtown shops and everything else you need to stock up is withing 5 minutes. Terri and David were the ultimate hosts and made sure everything was going great during our stay. I highly recommend!!!

We had a great stay! Our little family of 4 fit perfectly here! My 11 year old loved the loft and we loved how quiet at peaceful it was.
