Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Ruhr

Even though we didn't meet Richard, everything went great. Check in went smoothly and the apartment is very nicely decorated. We felt very comfortable!

Excellent 4 day stay. I used it as a base to visit Cologne, Düsseldorf and Bonne. There is bus service to the Leichlingen train station. it is also s nice walk through the Country side (takes an hr to walk to the train station). Leichlingen is a very pretty little town. There isn't much within a short walk other than a Vegetable store so bring back what you need when you are out. very peaceful and quiet.

Beautiful and very well furnished apartment, quiet residential area, hassle-free accommodation with dog, parking right in front of the house. We would like to come back for our next family celebration.

My husband was in Essen (E-World) with 3 colleagues for work. Everyone enjoyed the accommodation very much. Esme was very friendly and accommodating. She even picked up my husband (on the way to E:World) and drove him to E:World by car. Dear Esme, thank you again for that.

There was everything you needed in a house.

We stayed at Claudius's place for two nights. The host helped out very quickly once we had questions. We also got a structured manual for getting into the house and what needs to be done before departure. The Place looked amazing and is in a rather quiet Neighborhood. It was a wonderful experience that I can totally recommend!

Brilliant hosts for a brilliant property. I had to be based in the Ruhr for the Euros and this really couldn't have been better. So close to Essen, which is a great railway hub, if you preferred to go there rather than Mulheim HbF. Mulheim's pretty centre can be reached in minutes, too. The property really made us feel at home, and Barbel and Werner were great welcoming hosts. What summed it up was Barbel baking us a delicious cake on our second day! I especially loved the balcony.

The short stay in Maria's accommodation was very nice, it was very clean as well as nicely furnished. The location is very quiet and the lake is very close. You even have a view of the lake from the accommodation. As well as a SUP that is available. Highly recommended.

Farah is a very friendly, helpful and open host who makes you feel right at home. The bedroom as well as the bathroom were very nicely decorated. What particularly pleased me was her courteous manner, she was able to help us well with questions about the area (Cologne, Düsseldorf). In addition, she was always quick to respond to messages, which I noticed positively:)

We were more than satisfied. The listing is as described. Even small things were available such as kitchen (spices), in the bathroom (everything you need in addition such as shower room, shampoo) and very special, we found, bite fruit, sweets and surprise in the fridge. Which we don't take for granted. If we are around again, we will definitely check in again. Thank you very much.

Excellent welcome: Shayan and his family were kindly attentive to our arrival to make our arrival easier. The proximity of the Mass is very appreciable. We recommend it ++

My wife and I were allowed to spend three wonderful days in this accommodation - and we honestly couldn't have wished for anything better. The apartment was not only extremely clean and tastefully furnished, but also radiated a special warmth and coziness, in which you immediately feel at home. Communication with the host was warm, fast and consistently reliable – you can immediately tell that a lot of love and dedication is put into the work here. Also the location was ideal, quiet and yet well connected. In every respect, we felt very welcome and valued. Thank you for the great hospitality – we would love to come back anytime!

We felt very comfortable in Kaya's small house and also enjoyed sitting a little in the quiet garden in the evening.

Super uncomplicated, very pleasant. Everything as described. Highly recommended

A nice house with plenty of space, in a pleasant area. The kitchen is very well equipped and I loved the fact that all of the cupboards and drawers had little labels on to show what was inside - a handy little touch. The dining area is very comfortable with a large, sturdy table. We stayed for a couple of nights during a period of very warm weather and really appreciated the fact that it was easy to open the very large windows and get a nice breeze blowing through. The only slight drawbacks were a slow-draining shower, a lack of comfy living room furniture (one nice chair - the other two items are IKEA pull-out beds with hard backs), the very heavy door on the dishwasher (the door tension is broken, so it opened without any resistance and nearly flattened the dog!) and a missing garden gate so the dogs had to be kept on their leashes when in the garden, but these are very minor things when compared to the positive points about the accommodation. I would happily stay there again.

We stayed at David's house for one night, but the location of the house was easy to find. The house was very clean. It was as shown in the photos. We had a perfect accommodation experience.

Staying with Fee was really great and uncomplicated. Fairy takes care of her guests like a good friend. We felt right at home. Thank you for the pleasant stay :)

1 week with family (2E+2Teens) very well spent. Leverkusen was originally only targeted for football. But very good for things to do to Cologne, Bonn, Wuppertal,Aachen with public transport (bus & train) with German ticket. Apartment, especially kitchen, was well equipped, especially Senseo coffee machine (because I also liked it at home). In every room, we did not need an air conditioner, but we did not need it...because of the attic in the hot summer. If friends/acquaintances want to go to the area, I would definitely recommend the apartment to you.

We were with family for 3 days for a religious congress, the apartment was great, the host was super attentive, to come back absolutely

We did a bike tour along the Ruhr and spent a night at Heidrun's. Everything went smoothly and we immediately felt very comfortable. We especially liked the garden where we could still sit in the evening. Keep it up 😉
