Holiday rentals with a sauna in Ruhr

The apartment is right next to the Winterberg Bike Park! so perfect for bikers! You can park in the underground garage, but it is a bit complicated with a bicycle rack and 2 bicycles on the back because you have to go to the lower floor with the car lift! VW Passat with 2 bikes just fits into the elevator, but it's very tight! Otherwise, the apartment is tip top and equipped with everything you need! You actually don't need anything except soap and toothbrush!

Beautiful, clean home with many amenities in a very nice location. We'd love to come back.

Everyone was so nice and the apartment was very comfy and clean🤗 The sauna is incredibly easy to use and such a highlight! We are very thankful to have been treated this nicely and really enjoyed our uncomplicated stay so much that we would repeat it if we were to visit Duisburg again✨

We had a great stay in the Magic & SPA themed apartment. The furnishings are really lovingly made. The view of the city is really amazing, and relaxing on the balcony in the evening was exactly what we needed. The bed was mega cozy and provided a really cozy atmosphere. But the absolute blast was your own infrared sauna to come down after a long day. Was awesome for a relaxing evening. The kitchen was small but had everything you could need and the Nespresso station and the many teas were a super extra. We felt totally comfortable and would come back anytime. Absolutely recommended if you are looking for something special.

We booked the accommodation for two for a trade fair stay in Düsseldorf. Thanks to the key box, you are super flexible and the location above the forum is practical, as you can have breakfast there and get groceries. Because of the construction site, the parking situation was a bit stupid, but we always found something free. Otherwise, the apartment was clean, only because the whole building is carpeted, I suffered a little from my house dust allergy. Unfortunately, the sauna was also out of service. Conclusion: good accommodation for the price, we felt very well taken care of.

We took a short break in the Sauerland as a family of four. For us, the location and size of the apartment was very pleasant. The amenities offer everything we needed. We felt very comfortable and would book this accommodation again on a next trip. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

Great, spacious apartment for peaceful getaway!

We were 6 girls and had a super great and relaxed weekend at Eeva! The accommodation looked exactly like the photos and left nothing to be desired. Communication with Eeva went smoothly and nicely. The old town is only about 18 minutes' walk from the property. It's definitely worth a visit! All in all, I'm just recommending it!

Very nice, top furnished chalet with attention to the details. We enjoyed the days here very much, great location overlooking the Sauerland. High-quality modern but still cozy furnishings, the sauna overlooking the mountains is the highlight. We will be happy to come back :)

We enjoyed our short trip with the group very much and had a great time in this very beautiful and spacious location. Very clean, good opportunities inside and outside to sit, eat, grill, play, etc. with many people. Beautiful play corner in front of the house for small children. From the house you can start walking directly and find nice hikes in the area. Communication impeccable. One shortcoming in the house was the kitchen equipment. For example, we lacked wine glasses in the two apartments, and there were no large bowls.

Beautiful location, surrounded by nature, lots of sunlight. House is cozily decorated, you feel right at home. Anything you need is available. Extra effort was made for our small children (baby cot, high chair, stair gate). Close to beautiful hiking trails and only 5 to 10 min drive to other places in Winterberg for skiing/sledding. In the evening enjoyed a campfire and the sauna. Communication with the owners prior to our stay went very smoothly!

A really perfect place to stay for our stay. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and very clean. The location is ideal for exploring the area and check-in went smoothly. We felt very comfortable here and can highly recommend it.
