The 55 m² apartment on the top floor of the historic and lovingly renovated house offers a living-bedroom with double bed, a living-bedroom with 2 single beds, a kitchen and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The kitchen is modern & functional, with fridge, electric stove and various electric kitchen appliances. A dining area completes the furnishings. We have designed & furnished the apartment so comfortably that we feel comfortable in it ourselves. This is our claim for you.

Das gemütliche Apartment befindet sich in unserem selbst bewohnten Haus. Es hat einen eigenen Eingang. Zum Apartment gehört ein Aussenbereich mit Grill und Feuerschale - mit wunderbarem Blick über die Mecklenburger Wiesen und Wälder. Oft sind Kraniche in unmittelbarer Nähe zu beoachten und zu hören. Am Rande des Naturparkes Sternberger Seenland und nicht weit vom Warnowdurchbruchstal gelegen, gibt es viele Ausflugsziele für Natur-, Kunsthandwerk- und Geschichtsinteressierte.

FeWo Fuchsbau - Forstgut Laase

Die Ferienwohnung Fuchsbau befindet sich auf dem alten Gutshof des Forstgutes Laase mit idyllischem bewaldeten Park, sehr ruhig gelegen. Sie verfügt über eine eigene Terrasse mit Garten (der Rasen ist gerade gesät und ist ab Juni 2024 grün). Die Gutsanlage bietet viel Platz für Naturverliebte sowie Familien mit Kindern. Spielplatz im Park und Ruderboot auf nahegelegenem Badesee inklusive. Reitmöglichkeit, Rad- und Kanutouren in nächster Umgebung.

Es ist gedämmt, mit Küche und Heizung ausgestattet und groß genug um dort auch länger Urlaub zu machen. Es ist der perfekte Ort für Leute die einen gemütlichen Platz mit Ruhe und Natur suchen. Hier kann man wunderbar runterkommen und alle Hektik hinter sich lassen.

"Yellow Salon" in the post-socialist manor house 2-4

The "yellow salon" is a spacious, stately 2-room apartment (about 80 sqm) for 2 - 4 people with marod charm and is located on the first floor of the left-hand hallway. In 2011, I acquired the manor house in Kobrow from the point of view of reviving and maintaining a small piece of the cultural heritage of our country. In the meantime, there are 4 apartments of different sizes, for up to 12 guests, in the house.
