Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Rudine, Grad Kaštela

Very nice villa with great host even came with a gift mid way through the week, would defo stay again.

We had a brilliant stay here - the house and garden are perfect and Marina is a 10/10 host.

The villa is fantastic and the local area is quiet but has enough restaurants and bars to keep you busy. Getting in and out of Split is easy and Uber is very good value (do not use local taxis). The standout feature of the property is the outside area including the views. It is easy to access the sea and beach, and the water is beautiful. The only potential to the villa is how it is split across two properties. This was not an issue for us at all, and for some people this may be a bonus, but worth noting.

The proximity to the beach was brilliant- it was very clean and lovely to snorkel and saw lots of fish. It was close to Split and Trogir and Krka, all of which we would recommend. We weren’t really bothered by the proximity to the airport- couldn’t hear it at all inside. The outdoor space was lovely in the dappled shade of the olive trees. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Damir was a fantastic host, he went beyond our expections, taking us to a local restaurant until we were able to check in and then picking us up. The whole family loved Villa Tissa, with its pristine pool and gardens, we also loved having our separate apartments which were all tastefully decorated. The views from the villa were stunning and we enjoyed the local feel of Kastel Luksic. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we really hope to visit again.

This home worked very well for our two families visiting. Very clean, nice location away from the busy, nice big pool. The kids had fun swimming and exploring the yard. Thank you for a great stay!

Our family spent eight days here with three boys between 15 and 20, and we all loved this place. Everything was very clean and tidy when we arrived, the pool was a big hit, the unexpected pull up bar was used a lot, and the large patio was a blessing during the hot days, especially with the outdoor kitchen with Croatian barbeque. Airconditioning in all bedrooms. Also, having three separate bathrooms with showers and toilets was very welcome. A car is highly recommended due to the location of the house, hidden in the hills north of the airport. It's located about 10 minutes drive from the car rental at Split airport, and on the way to the house you pass a reasonably big supermarket for your groceries. Trogir is a nice small town to visit, and only a 15 minute drive away.

Very responsive host who was very accommodating. Villa was lovely on the inside with a great pool and a perfect space for people to relax and hang out. Would definitely come back soon.

Loved the place. The balcony is a wonderful place to have breakfast or a glass of wine. Beautiful view of the harbor. The location is a short walk from the central historic city but away from all of the noise that some of our friends who stayed in the center complained about. Dijana was very helpful and answered all of our questions. I would definitely stay here again!

The location was perfect, though there are many steps from the bus stop to the door and up more stairs inside the unit. Best to pack lightly for this place. The A/C was a lifesaver, space was glorious and the washing machine was a big help for our 3 week journey. We LOVE Trogir and everyplace we visited in Croatia. The booking etc. couldn’t have been easier or more efficient.

Amazing hosts. Father met us on the street and showed us in. Views are amazing. This is the top floor and feels like a penthouse. Hot tub was a nice touch!

We join all positive reviews. Ivana is the best hostess we've ever met, as well as Billy and the cat. The apartment is totally cozy, nothing is missing. We even found a bottle of water, homemade cakes and fresh cherries. We liked that there were both feather pillows and cotton pillows. The outdoor kitchen is fantastic and equipped with everything. The highlight is of course the large terrace with a wonderful view of the bay. There were so many beautiful seating options. Billy liked to accompany us to the village and was not intrusive to our old dog and in general. You just have to love him. The farewell was difficult for us - thank you for this wonderful holiday.

We had a lovely time in Split. The apartment is easy to access and right int he centre. It is clean and bright and a great place to relax after a hot day.

excellent host, couldnt be happier with the stay

We had a wonderful stay at Arijeta’s place. Her place was exactly as listed. It was extremely clean and beautifully decorated. She even included some extras like wine and delicious cookies. The bed was very comfortable and the shower had great pressure and nice hot water. We loved sitting outside in the gazebo, even when the weather wasn’t the best it was still warm and cozy, a great spot to sit outside and read. We would definitely recommend Arijeta’s place. The location is fabulous for walking,and having a parking space was an added bonus.

It was a very good place to stay! Beautiful surroundings, close to a beach and with stores within walking distance. Bus connections to central Split was sufficient for our stay, although not the most frequent.

Such a gorgeous air bnb! We really enjoyed our stay here. Only a 30 minute bus from the city centre, you really can’t beat this location. The hosts were very nice and accommodating. Definitely reccomend.

We had a fantastic week in Seget Donji and with Nikolina at the end of May. There are only good things to say about our stay. Very good communication with Nikolina both before and during the stay. Very helpful at check-in. Great tips and recommendations about the area. The accommodation was great and comfortable, most of our time was spent on the terrace overlooking the sea. Incredibly beautiful! In connection with the house, there were several turtles in the garden that the children loved to feed with our fruit and vegetable leftovers. Just a flight of stairs down from the house, you came down to what felt like your own private beach. As well as a beach promenade where there were several other bathing places to choose from, plus restaurants and a taxi boat to Trogir. We are super happy with our stay in its entirety, the desire to return and recommend to others!

We enjoyed our 2 week stay. It is a great location and we really had the chance to rest out. Trogir is walking distance and the beach was straight down the road. Klara our host, was helpful and always available to communicate with us. I can recommend to stay there.

We loved our stay in Split at Bojan’s beautiful apartment! The place had everything we needed for our family of 4. Location was great for walking to town or to the local beach. Bojan and Inga were super helpful and responsive to any questions we had during and before our stay. They sent us great recommendations for restaurants and things to do. We would definitely come back to Split and their apartment!

Great location close to both the harbour and the old town and minutes from a selection of restaurants including the wonderful Anona.

I fell in love with Croatia & Kaštel Kambelovac during my 1-month stay at Erma’s. Barbara, who was my support and contact person, was super helpful, especially when I had questions as I began learning my way around on the wonderful bus system. While you cannot see the water at all & there is little direct sunlight coming in (as there is a building acrosss the street that seems to house a preschool), the studio is charming inside (just as it looks in pics), & is only a 30-second walk from a little pebble beach, a long promenade with benches, and a yummy restaurant. Two more blocks gets you to groceries, a town square (popular with locals—not touristy) & coffee/drink bars. I so appreciated access to a bike to explore the waterfront villages in Kaštel, which had more outdoor dining in the direction of Trojir. Easy access to charming walled city of Trojir, much larger Split, & the airport by bus. Tip: I most loved beach bar with trees at nearby Gomilica. Plus be sure to download bus app.

This was a wonderful find. We needed a ground floor apartment due to my husband’s mobility and this fitted the bill exactly. The lovely sheltered courtyard is a welcome relief from the sun and sitting surrounded by the city walls of the old town of Trogir is amazing. Just a few minutes walk from the centre or the Riva where you can sit and watch the comings and goings for hours. The apartment was very comfortable with everything for a weary traveller. Mirko was extremely helpful and the concise instructions very helpful. We have family in Trogir so sort of knew where we were but it is very east to find and well worth the journey.
