Holiday rentals with beach access in Rudine, Grad Kaštela

Had a lovely stay at Ivaca’s accommodation. It was bright, cheerful with a lovely view of the sea. The beds were very comfortable and also a lovely shower. A couple of patios to sit out on and even the chance to have dinner outside. The whole place was pristine. We had some chilled water to drink when we arrived as well as fresh home grown cherries and cherry liqueur. We only stayed one night on our last night before returning home. It would have been nice to stay longer. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Die Kommunikation via AirBnB zu Shannon war problemlos und sie Antwortete immer sehr schnell trotz Zeitverschiebung zu ihrem Wohnort. Der Checkin funktionierte einwandfrei. Die Wohnung selbst ist so wie auf den Bildern, man kommt rein und fühlt sich gleich zuhause. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert sehr gut. In der Küche findet man alles was man zum Kochen benötigt. In der Umgebung findet man alles in Fußläufiger Erreichbarkeit. Bäcker, Café, Supermarkt (Ribola) innerhalb 2-5 Minuten zu erreichen. Ein Lidl,Spar,Kaufland findet man im Nachbarörtchen (ca. 10-15 Minuten mit dem Auto) falls der Einkauf größer ausfällt. Im Örtchen selbst gibt es viel zu sehen und auch der Standort ist gut um Unternehmungen zu starten wie ein Besuch in Split oder Trogir (15-20 Minuten mit dem Auto oder ca. 30 Minuten mit dem Bus) Es gibt einen kleinen Parkplatz direkt vor der Wohnung, dieser ist aber maximal für einen Kleinwagen geeignet (Opel Astra hat gerade so noch gepasst). Wir waren sehr zufrieden!

We would give this apartment more than five stars if we could! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how beautifully decorated, cozy, and thoughtfully designed everything was. Every detail was carefully considered to make the space feel welcoming and comfortable. One of our favorite features was the spacious balcony terrace. We spent countless hours there, sipping coffee or wine while enjoying the stunning sea view – it was pure relaxation. The location is absolutely perfect. Just a few steps from the beach, where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch, dinner, and, of course, some delicious ice cream. The beach is also fully equipped with everything you need for a fun day in the sun – you can rent a boat, paddleboard, beach beds, umbrellas etc For getting into town, you have options: either am 15-minute walk or a quick and easy boat taxi ride or only five minutes away by Uber from the local restaurants and vibrant atmosphere. Finally, a huge bravo to our hosts 🙌🏻✅👏

What an amazing stay. I am so happy we chose to stay here rather than in a central Split apartment. Incredible view, lots of fun things to do, gorgeous beaches nearby, lovely people with beautiful gardens in the neighbourhood. I cannot wait to come back! The manager of this apartment is so awesome. She was very flexible with us with checking in, and even helped us with something, responding within 30 seconds of messaging! The view and location are truly worth every penny. Thank you very much!

Wir waren eine Woche im Appartement und hatten eine schöne Zeit. Es war sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und vom Flughafen einfach mit dem Bus zu erreichen. Wir kamen ohne Auto gut zurecht - Supermärkte, Bäckerei und das Restaurant waren zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen. Im Mai war im Ort nicht viel los und es war recht ruhig. Durch den nahen Flughafen flogen ab und zu mal Flugzeuge vorbei. Die kleinen Strandabschnitte, nur ein paar Meter entfernt, sind sehr schön. Velimir war immer gut erreichbar und hat uns die Wohnung gezeigt.

From the initial booking until the end of the stay Katarina was brilliantly helpful. The property is perfect a true home from home kitchen is fantastic and the balconies allowed great outdoor space . Yes it is a hilly walk but this is made clear in the listing Ubers are great value . Highly recommend this property and Katarina is a great host.

Very well presented, modern apartments. We travelled as group of 13 and we had 3 apartments at our disposal, that had everything we needed. Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen. Plenty of balconies to sit on. Kaja was very welcoming, friendly, helpful and attentive host. Lovely beaches short walk away. Bakery and shop nearby. Good communication links to Trogir and Split. Just a bit noisy at times with planes taking off from the nearby Split airport. Definitely would stay again if we ever visit this region again.

Davorka was an excellent host and responded very quickly and efficiently to us. She spent time with us explaining local transport and shared great advice on what to do and see. The place was spotless and well resourced. We loved the balcony with nice furniture outside and in. The washing machine was a good bonus. We arrived to delocious goodies and drinks in the fridge. Beds were comfortable and shower was fantastic. Parking was good and the view over the bay to the front and hills at the back was a bonus. We would recommend to others.

Vinko ist ein großartiger und sehr bemühter Gastgeber. Die Unterkunft entspricht der Beschreibung und hat unsere Erwartungen vollkommen erfüllt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Wir waren mit einer großen Mädelsgruppe im Urlaub und haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Alles war sehr sauber und sieht genau so aus wie auf den Fotos. Besonders toll fanden wir, dass wir ein eigenes GYM hatten, aber auch eine Tischtennis Platte. Der Jacuzzi war perfekt von der Temperatur, sodass wir ihn auch am ersten Abend nach Ankunft nutzen konnten. Am ersten Tag bemerkten wir, dass in einem Zimmer der Rollladen defekt ist und eine Stunde, nachdem wir es gemeldet hatten, kam bereits jemand, um es zu reparieren. Also super Service und sehr zuverlässig. Obwohl wir nur unter Mädels waren, haben wir uns immer sehr sicher und wohl gefühlt. Ich kann diese Unterkunft 100% empfehlen. Allerdings muss man erwähnen, dass ein Auto zwingend nötig ist, da man sonst nirgendwo anders hin kommt. Falls jemand geräuschempfindlich ist, wäre es auch wichtig zu wissen, dass der Flughafen sehr nah ist und man deshalb den Start und die Landung hört. Uns hat es gar nicht gestört! Wir fanden alles top!

Toni and his wife, Paula truly do open their home to guests as this is their home you are fortunate enough to rent which they vacate for the summer to share with visitors. It is clean and comfortable with two bathrooms and great showers and a washer where the sun dries your clothes! The location backs up to the water and a boardwalk which takes you into Old Town Trogir in 5 minutes and also puts you close to tour pick up locations and buses and markets and boat rides and beaches. Toni not only arranged for our transportation from another area of Croatia, but also waited for us outside his house even though it was late at night. He gave us wonderful restaurant recommendations and better than that, he prepared Peka for us, a traditional meal made in a stone oven in his gorgeous backyard where we could try anything that was ripe! He is a funny, generous host who made our experience memorable. Stay here when you travel to Trogir!

Die Unterkunft war einfach der Hammer. Sah auf den Bildern schon super aus aber in persona sogar noch viel besser. Der Strand +Strandbar und kleines Restaurant quasi direkt vor der Tür (2min zu Fuß). Super sauber alles. Außerdem wurde der großartige Pool alles 3 Tage von den Vermietern kurz gereinigt. Helena hat auch noch lokale Restaurants und Supermärkte empfohlen was sehr geholfen hat. Der Flughafen ist auch in Laufnähe (10min) aber man hört trotzdem kaum etwas von den Flugzeugen. Grundsätzlich hat man auch seine Ruhe und wird von niemandem gestört. Ich kann diese Unterkunft, sowie Helena als Gastgeberin, total empfehlen und würde selber auch immer wieder diese Unterkunft buchen.

5 of use stayed at Borna’s place in split for 3 days and had a wonderful time. The house is cosy with a beautiful view of the bay, located in the national park it is peaceful and refreshing. Borna was very friendly and helpful, check in & out was super easy and I would highly recommend this house to anyone considering! Hope to come back again soon.

Wonderful stay right by the sea! We really enjoyed our stay in this house! We received a very warm welcome on arrival. We immediately felt welcome. Dado, the father of the family, greeted us with a culinary surprise and let us taste his incredibly good olive oil. The location is truly unique: right by the water, with a wonderful view from the balcony and from the house's separated terrace on the other side of the street. We always had breakfast and dinner there. A few steps lead directly down to the rocky jetty, from where you can swim in the crystal-clear sea. The bay of Stomorska is just a five-minute walk away. The village is really pretty, had a small well-stocked supermarket (with fresh bread/rolls) open in mid-April and a nice little cafe/bar. We really enjoyed our stay as a family, it was a great vacation for us in a very special location and with a very nice landlord. We can only warmly recommend the stay!

Such a gorgeous air bnb! We really enjoyed our stay here. Only a 30 minute bus from the city centre, you really can’t beat this location. The hosts were very nice and accommodating. Definitely reccomend.

The apartment is a short walk into the heart of the old town in Split with a great view out onto the Adriatic. It is a good size space for 3/4 people with everything you could need. Klajdi was a great host. *Outside of the apartment is a construction site but this did not take away from the view nor did it impact our stay greatly.

It is a great place to stay for its accessible location, pristine decor and wonderful hospitality. You will be staying in a heritage site with the Adriatic right on your doorstep! You will be centrally located between 2 touristic cities Split and Trogir making it easy to visit them, as well as take some day tours to other attractions. The surroundings are beautiful, offering a seaside promenade along the Adriatic and with pubs and restaurants along the way that offer great food and drinks. To top it all off, Antonella and her husband are wonderful hosts who welcomed us with open arms(and some gifts!). They are very responsive and empathetic, providing guidance and information before and during our stay. Highly recommend!!!

We enjoyed our 2 week stay. It is a great location and we really had the chance to rest out. Trogir is walking distance and the beach was straight down the road. Klara our host, was helpful and always available to communicate with us. I can recommend to stay there.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Es ist alles so wie beschrieben und die Komminikation ist sehr gut! Vielen Dank für den angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Perfekte, vollständig ausgestattete Unterkunft. Sogar verschiedenste Waschmittel lagen parat, ebenso Grundlagen der Küche wie Kaffee, Zucker, Öle, Essig usw. Die Lage zwischen Supermarkt und Strand ist ein Traum. Alles modern, sauber und großzügig geschnitten. Die Bilder in der Wohnung sind ungewöhnlich und einen Blick wert 🤭. Bis auf den Parkplatz ist auch alles total unkompliziert. Um zum Parkplatz auf dem Innenhof zu gelangen, am besten in der Einbahnstraße gegen den Strich fahren wie die Einheimischen 😉 Kroatien ist auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert, Split besonders, und diese Unterkunft kann ich nur empfehlen 👍.

The Studio flat was really great with everything you need for a holiday. It is very close to Split airport so only 10 minuits by taxi. Enough distance so that there is hardly any aircraft noise. It is literally across the road from the beach. All the beaches have fine slightly sharp gravel so take beach shoes. The Island of Trogir is a 10 minuite bus journey ride away that stops practically outside the door. You can also easily bus to many little beaches with changing places and showers. There are Water sports, buses, water taxis close by and a ferry to Split. The host is really nice, always contactable, very helpful and full of local knowledge. I cannot recommend the wonderful host and her family enough in this perfect location.

Wir hatten 2 wundervolle Wochen bei Tomislav & Ivana! Auf Fragen und Wünsche haben Sie sofort reagiert 🫶 Die Wohnung ist mit Allem ausgestattet, das man braucht & wir konnten sehr schnell einen entspannten Urlaubsrhythmus finden. Mal haben wir in der sehr gut funktionierenden Küche gekocht (der Induktionsherd war super) & entspannt auf der Terrasse bei beleuchtetem Pool gegessen, mal sind wir zum Dinner in eines der vielfältigen Restaurants in der Nähe ausgegangen. Bei Sonnenuntergang am Meer die Promenade entlang zu schlendern, war sehr schön! Tomislav & Ivana haben uns tolle Tipps für Unternehmungen gegeben-die Wohnung liegt perfekt für Erkundungen rundum, wie Split, Trogir und auch der Krka Nationalpark. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es viele in der Nähe. Wenn wir in der Wohnung geblieben sind, konnten wir wunderbar chillen, lesen &das tolle Wetter genießen. In der ersten Juni-Woche waren es schnell 28°, da war es fantastisch, in den privaten Pool zu hüpfen. Danke für die schöne Zeit!
