Small, simply furnished house with one bedroom (2 single beds, 1 sofa bed 140 cm), room with kitchenette (no kitchen fan so frying must be avoided), dining area, bathroom with shower cabin and underfloor heating. Heat pump that can both heat and cool the rooms. Quiet residential area close to the city center. It's good to know that from 9 o'clock onwards, the hens and rooster are out in their air yard. Bed linen and towels can be found and the kitchen has a kettle, fridge, stove top, microwave. We stand for the cleanliness after your stay.

Newer apartment

I rent out my home. This is a newer apartment on the 1st floor with good standard. It has a shielded and nice location with good sun conditions on the terrace. There is a short way to the city centre. There is also a short distance to the bus, train and grocery store. For those interested in the outdoors, wilderness and fine hiking trails are in the immediate vicinity. Since it is my home that I rent out, there will be a few items that I cannot remove, but otherwise the apartment will be tidy and clean until you arrive. Rented to non-smokers.

Post Cabin

Lower your pulse to the top of the Post Cabin! Stolpehytta is 5 minutes away from Blaafarveværket in Modum Municipality, just off the Høyt & Lavt Modum climbing park. Here you can find quiet among the treetops. The large windows provide a panoramic view of the landscape and the night sky. Built in solid wood, with an area of 27 m2, it gives just room for what you need for a relaxing trip away from everyday life. If you want activity, you can rent electric bikes, stroll down to the climbing park, or explore the local community.

Bungalow from 1860 that has been refurbished so that old meets new. Brand new bathroom with large bathtub with lion feet where you can stretch out completely. Private shower if you'd rather use it. There is also a washer and dryer in the bathroom. Combined kitchen and living room with large wood stove which is great to gather around on a cold winter day. Two bedrooms with beds for a total of 5 pieces. There can also be an extra pair of guest beds and there is the possibility to sleep on the couch so there is room for many.

Public transport nearby. Short distance to the Oslo fjord maybe the nicest beach Ringshaug. The room contains its own kitchen and bathroom. Nespresso machine and coffee maker. Refrigerator/freezer and induction stove. Washing machine. Ironing board/iron. Altibox fiber/TV incl. Chromecast.

"New" apartment with good standard of 35m2 on the ground floor of our detached house. Rural location with panoramic views. The apartment is located about 8 km from the E16. The apartment is located in scenic surroundings, short distance to many nice hiking opportunities. Public transportation is limited. Car recommended, private parking lot. Possibility of renting SUP, kayaks, ski equipment or electric bike.

Leiligheten har egen inngang i en del av mitt hus. Den er koselige innredet med hytte stil. Det er en privat terasse oppe og delt hage/uteområde nede. Stedet har turmuligheter rett utenfor døren og kun 15 minutter til både fjell og by, bademuligheter om sommeren og ski om vinteren.

Charming and peaceful accommodation, which is centrally located. Walking distance to the city center and the Technology Park. The guest house is located on the old Tovsrud Farm, a small farm centrally located in Kongsberg. Extra sleeping space in the loft on request.
