Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Rubenow

All beautiful, the surroundings and the apartment. Very quiet. It's a bit early to have to move out of ten, but is also ok, it works. It would be good that it would be two keys.

The apartment is well furnished and is just on the beach promenade. An underground parking space and beach chair are included. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.

We visited Greifswald for a few days over Easter and stayed with Sigrid and Wolfgang. The apartment is large and spacious, there is everything you need. The sofa bed sleeps excellently, the conservatory and balcony are a dream. All in all great! The landlords live in the house, are warm and reserved, but easily accessible if needed. We felt very comfortable and welcome and will be happy to come back!

Our stay in the dune house exceeded our imagination. Everything was lovingly decorated as in the photos, clean and the location couldn't have been better. We were also very happy about the small gift. We will be happy to come back! :)

Plus a pristine and cozy apartment of the highest standard. Quiet location, close to Netto and several restaurants and cafes. The boardwalk is a 30-minute walk away, but we knew it.

It was nice with a small courtyard. Much can be reached on foot. They even provided 2 bowls for my dog. This was very attentive.

We felt completely comfortable in the spacious house with beautiful and well-maintained garden. All very clean and well equipped. The nearby "milk gas station" has enriched our breakfasts, great is also the railway connection from Groß Kiesow. Dana and Tilo are wonderful hosts, you can't feel more comfortable! We had a great family time with seven adults and two toddlers. We really appreciated the good equipment of the kitchen and also the big grill in the garden, especially since we all like to cook. The beds were very comfortable and the house is also very child-friendly with toys and plenty of space. Our dog also felt very comfortable.

The place was beautiful, very nicely decorated from the inside, offers plenty of space inside and outside for groups of 6 and also a beautiful garden. Inken has a good interior taste and the accommodation is really well equipped. The kitchen was versatile and everything from barbecue to loungers is also available outside. The surroundings are very quiet and pleasant! Overall a great relaxing vacation!!

We were 3 couples with a dog and were looking for a quiet cottage over New Year's Eve to escape the hustle and bustle of Berlin. That worked out perfectly. My dog didn't even flinch. With its numerous rooms, the house also offers enough retreats, as we spent most of our time indoors in winter. We also all slept great in the beds and loved the fireplace in the living room. The kitchen was also quite well equipped compared to other apartments, so you didn't need to buy everything new. A little more waste separation would be great and a later checkout would have been great because it's a bit hectic for 6 people in the morning.

The place was great. We were 9 people (3 children here) and had plenty of space and a beautiful well-kept garden. Everything was very clean and there were even many toys for the children. Michael was very helpful and responded immediately to any questions. We would take the house again immediately!

The holiday with Uwe was as relaxing as we planned it. The description for the arrival was exactly right and we would receive a friendly welcome. The listing is as described. Attention Steep stairs. :) Ummanz is quite sparsely populated and therefore the area is very quiet and suitable for nice walks.

We spent some very nice days in this wonderful cottage. Everything is really available for families with small children. Overall, the house is very well equipped and lovingly designed. We can warmly recommend it.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor and the roof terrace on the 3rd floor (no elevator). Less than 5 minutes' walking distance to the marketplace. Quiet despite its central location, parking only in the public area. A very nicely furnished apartment, it is also large and you will find everything you need. The hosts are very nice and friendly. We felt very comfortable at the apartment, would be happy to come back.

I felt completely comfortable! Accommodation was small but nice. I didn't miss anything and that doesn't happen often, especially in kitchens. Both beaches can be reached quickly, on site and in the area a lot can be explored and hiked. The supermarket was quick to reach the corner. The apartment is furnished with a lot of love for detail – we felt very comfortable from the first moment. Nicole made the check-in super uncomplicated and was always available for questions. The apartment was sparkling clean and equipped with everything you need. We were particularly pleased with the little touches, such as the chocolate provided – a very sweet gesture!

This is amazing place for out-of-towners to stay. A grocery store with integrated bakery/cafe (and in season, even a strawberry stand) literally on the other side of the street. It‘s an easy, under-10-minute walk to bus stops to the train station or out to the beach. The old quarter of town with shops, restaurants and sightseeing is only 10 minutes away. About the apartment itself: the huge farmhouse-style kitchen with big table means that families or groups of friends can really sit together and visit, even if part of the group needs to rest (as in our case, where some of us were still jet-lagged). Everyone agreed that the beds were very comfortable. All in all, a really charming place to stay in a perfect location. Katja, the host, is very friendly and quick to respond to questions. Both thumbs up!

We had a great vacation and a very pleasant stay in Katharina's beautiful apartment. There were two of us in the apartment and there was plenty of room. The balcony with the extremely practical insect protection doors was very nice. It is very pleasant that there is a swimming pool, sauna and fitness room in the house. Although I would have liked the water in the swimming pool to be a little warmer. The proximity to the beach is very positive, within walking distance in three or four minutes and we enjoyed the beach chair that Katharina provides with the apartment. The train station in Zempin can also be reached on foot in 5 minutes and we have used the train a few times to visit the Kaiserbäder. The connection is very good and the ticket is covered by the tourist tax. In addition, the area is great to explore by bike. Great bike paths. All in all, we had a great vacation and I can highly recommend Katharina's apartment.

We are repeat offenders! We have now driven into this apartment several times with our two children. The size is perfect for us. We love the location and can recommend the apartment to everyone with a clear conscience.
