If you're not already convinced by the great pictures of this picturesque home then you will be pleasantly surprised by the amazing host Sabina. Super helpful with anything you ask her and even thinks ahead. You can book this accommodation without having to even think about possible regrets. Very quiet neighborhood - basically no neighbors - and sun on the place all day long. Pool is heated to a comfortable temperature and do not forget the amazing views of the nearby Velebit mountain range. If wanting to do activities outside the villa, a car is quite essential, as the nearby village/supermarket is a 45 minute walk. As I mentioned, you can book this place free of any regrets as confirmed by the many other (or only) 5 star reviews.

Thank you very much! We felt very comfortable in the villa and nothing was missing! To get to the beach, however, you need a bike or car. You should also try out different beaches in the area to find the "right" one for you (e.g. sand, stone, café, sports facilities...).

We had a wonderful stay. But you definitely need a car. The place was spotlessly clean. The kitchen was also super equipped. The bed is super comfortable and smelled great. The pool has a relaxed size and was also super clean. All in all, it was a wonderful stay and we would love to come back 🥰

We loved everything about our stay in this beautiful property. It is built and furnished so thoughtful and aesthetic and we all felt that this space radiated such a calm energy. It is perfect to switch off and fully enjoy time offgrid whilst being provided with everything you might possibly need and feel very much at home. The garden, patio and pool are super big and are amazing to spend a looot of time. And last but not least: Vladimir and his parents were incredibly kind hosts and took very sweet care of us which made the stay extra special. Thanks a lot!

Small but great! Everything you need is there. The outdoor space, garden and swimming pool are very nice. Marija is friendly and surprised us with homemade cake. Her husband got the bikes ready for us.

Communication with Dina was very good and pleasant from start to finish. Quick response. The reception was very friendly and we immediately felt comfortable. I can only recommend Dina, her husband and the beautiful house. I would book the house again for a vacation immediately.

A great holiday in Privlaka - absolute recommendation! We had a wonderful time in this vacation home in Privlaka! Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the hosts – they were extremely friendly, helpful and always available, without being intrusive. You felt welcome from the first moment. The house itself was modern, clean and lovingly furnished. Particularly noteworthy are the beautiful garden and the magnificent pool, which invite you to relax and enjoy. Everything was very well maintained and thoughtfully equipped. Location was also perfect. Everything you need for a successful holiday was available in the vicinity: shopping, restaurants and beautiful beaches. In addition, Privlaka was an ideal starting point for excursions in the region. We have discovered many charming cities in the area (e.g. Nin, Zadar, Sibenik, etc.). We had a wonderful stay in the beautiful house. It was very clean, the beds cozy, pool and sauna fantastic. The communication with Andrej was great. The only clear downside: We were not provided with a baby chair, even after repeated insistent requests. Andrej said that he couldn't decide that himself. I really couldn't understand why a chair couldn't be bought. For us, this was a big limitation/challenge, which is why I am making this public here so that other parents with small children are prepared.

My husband and I absolutely loved this gem of a place at the end of our trip across Europe. It was extremely peaceful, private, and comfortable. We rarely heard anything other than the sheep, wind, and bugs buzzing, but the town of Pag was only 15 minutes so we could easily grab groceries and anything else we needed. Ivancica was super friendly and gave us a tour and a fresh homemade Croatian treat that made us feel right at home! We spent most of our time out on the lounge couch in the back yard when not down at the beach. Highly recommend if you want a beautiful peaceful getaway away from people!

Beautiful, tranquil and like paradise. We were honestly blown away with the setting. Excellent host, beautiful property on the beach.

The place was perfectly situated for day trips to Paklenica, Plitvice and Krka. Natasca was extremely friendly, welcoming and responsive to our needs. The place is very spacious and well appointed.

We had a wonderful holiday in the Ventus Blue as a family of four (with 2 adult children). The house is very well equipped, nicely furnished and was sparkling clean when we arrived. It is small, but it was perfectly sufficient for us in the good weather we had, as we could spend most of the time outside. The air conditioning upstairs was pleasant for sleeping. The location of the house was perfect for us: absolutely quiet in beautiful countryside between mountains and sea and at the same time close enough to the village to shop on foot, to drink and eat or to go to the small quiet beach. Sime's parents welcomed us very nicely and Sime himself was easy to reach. For those who prefer nature and tranquility on vacation, the Ventus Blue is highly recommended!

Beautifully furnished apartment with a stunning roof terrace with jacuzzi, sun loungers and sea views! A real gem! We can only recommend this stay... Nin and its surroundings are absolutely worth exploring. The picturesque center of Nin is within walking distance. We certainly hope to be able to come back here again!

Beautiful country house in Mediterranean style and large plot, directly by the nature park. Perfect as a starting point for hiking, cycling or swimming in the sea. Simply great!

Great location and facilities. Sea out your front door

A great house! Everything is super new, just like in the pictures: clean pool, modern kitchen, 3 bedrooms each with double bed + 2 couches, 2 bathrooms, 2 terraces (upstairs+downstairs). Beautiful view from the upper terrace of the sea and mountains. The sea and supermarket are within walking distance. The place is small but sweet, it feels like it's being expanded - which is why you sometimes hear some construction noise. We didn't notice much from the neighbors. Josip is great, he personally welcomed us and explained everything and was always available. All in all: highly recommended for those who want to get away from it all!! (Zadar, however, is easily accessible in about 30 minutes with Uber, for example.) We felt very comfortable.

The house and surroundings was clean. Full equipment. Perfect for us and our 3 shibas. 🐕🐕🐕We loved it.

The studio was tidy and nice, matching the description and with the necessary tools. It's good for 2 people. The light and sound isolation was maybe not perfect, but Goran quickly provided us with a solution. The communication was always good and easy ! The neighbourhood is nice for calm holidays and it's good if you have a car to explore further away.

We received a lovely and warm welcome from Kristina and her family. The place is just like the photos and very clean. Also, the owner has prepared beautiful welcome gifts, and thank you very much for that. Amazing views of the sea and the bay. On the terrace they have everything you need for a barbecue. Everything is 5/5. For all promenades or restaurants, it is recommended to use a car, and also in the nearest restaurants and cafes, they only accept cash as a means of payment.

It was clean, everything was new. The Host was very nice and always open for questions. The pool was fresh and clean and the house is very modern. We enjoyed our stay. 10/10 recommend
