Audrey and David are extremely charming and adorable hosts, with a lot of generosity and kindness in their multiple proposals and hospitality. Always ready to make themselves available if we needed it, they helped us a lot during this stay, and in addition welcomed our 6-year-old son to their family, giving him books and offering him the games of the garden. The accommodation is very pleasant, in an absolutely charming neighborhood. We are totally won over. I would highly recommend it

I had the chance to stay in this apartment for almost 2 and a half months and it was a perfect experience in every way. The accommodation is of high quality, comfortable, functional and tastefully decorated, offering an ideal setting to discover the beautiful region. Royat is a charming town, with Royat Tonic to relax, a casino for lively evenings and excellent restaurants nearby. A real favorite for this town that combines nature, well-being and friendliness. Finally, a huge thank you to Lorène, an exceptional host, responsive, caring and concerned about the well-being of her guests. Her warm welcome and availability made my stay even more enjoyable. I would recommend this place without hesitation and will be happy to go back!

Great place to stay in the centre of Clermont-Ferrand. The apartment is lovely and very clean. Lively neighbourhood but not too loud to sleep (if you don’t need complete silence). Parking nearby, we always managed to find a spot. All in all a great experience!

Pleasantly surprised by François' warm welcome and responsiveness. The apartment is very easily accessible, zero steps, parking space. The equipment is complete. Whenever I needed something, I found it. It feels good! I would recommend it 100%.

We spent 5 extraordinary days in this beautiful little t2 accommodation close to the center of Clermont Ferrand and close to all necessary shops within walking distance , very well equipped accommodation and really very friendly everything available with a view of the heights really beautiful Comfortable bedding Émilie and Cyril are very discreet and very helpful . A small garden at our disposal where our daughter was able to enjoy what and really great! We will come back without hesitating!!!

The exterior appearance is dated, but this does not affect the rental of the apartment. For wheelchairs, elevators are a little tight, especially when you have crutches. Our stay was peaceful. the bathroom has been redone and is clean. Regarding the kitchen and its equipment, it is very well stocked with a number greater than 4 place settings. A binder is available with suggestions for visits. We recommend this apartment. Léa was very responsive to our requests. apartment adapted for people with reduced mobility.

We had a lovely stay at Florence and Nicolas' place, who are wonderful hosts and were always on hand with help and advice. The apartment is in a very quiet and calm location with a beautiful garden and lots of green. The appartment is very well equipped, clean, and pleasantly cool when the outside temperature is warm. Good for up to four people with plenty of outside space. The surrounding area is beautiful. Definitely recommended.
