Great place and location . Brilliant week all round

Accommodation near the city center, quiet, very clean, very well-equipped, just a downside, we don't capture very well with our mobile phones. The accommodation is lovely.

Very good hospitality from Marie-Laure. The accommodation is functional and clean . A terrace with views of the gardens and the city of Royan. A private parking space also makes the stay more convenient. I highly recommend it.

The accommodation is in a great location, everything is within walking distance. It's quiet, clean, properly equipped, air circulates in the rooms despite the high temperatures, you feel good there. A large free and open car park is accessible at the bottom of the building. The beach and port are a few minutes' walk away. René is welcoming, responsive and gives good advice. I will not hesitate to call on him again for a stay in Royan!

A really beautiful apartment right on the beach promenade. We enjoyed the ocean view very much, the open kitchen was great and the living room with the panoramic balcony was a dream. The two parking spaces right by the house are also worth their weight in gold. Super equipped kitchen and very tasteful interior design complete the whole thing.

Although the contact was never direct, Sylvain was a thoughtful, responsive and anxious host to welcome us in the best possible way. The apartment, despite its modest proportions, offers all the comfort you can expect. Its ideal location also allows access by foot to everything that, in the historic Rochefort, is worth a visit, from its famous arsenal to the old port, from its Marine Museum to its unspoiled fortifications, from its buccaneer cafes to its antique bookshops.

Hello 👋 travelers, I had the opportunity to stay in Soulac through Nathalie and Vladimir. Hosts, attentive, very good communicators and responsive. The accommodation itself is nice, quiet, well-equipped for a pleasant time. In addition, located 300 meters from the ocean and restaurants in a forest setting. Great! I recommend it. We had a great time at David's place. The accommodation is clean and welcoming, it feels really good. In just a few minutes' walk, we could reach the beaches or shops. Thoughtful host. Recommended.

Wow! What a lovely place to stay, with views over the estuary, a private garden, a sunroom and balcony. Just a five minute walk to a great local restaurant. Its described as a fast food restaurant, but it has French cuisine, and it is friendly and the service is fast. The house has a homely feel to it and we can highly recommend it. Floriane responds very quickly and is always charming.

I spent a charming stay with my little dog at Sarah's... Vast and warm house... Perfectly clean...decorated with great taste... in terms of equipment nothing is missing up to the last detail...A small green path right next door to take out your loulous...Sarah is very responsive, always attentive to the slightest problem...I highly recommend this address...

Beautiful, hidden away beach retreat. Close enough to the town to walk & enjoy cafes, restaurants and the local daily market, far enough away to enjoy quiet times when needed.

Very well located house close to the beach and shops. We had a lovely week in this lovely house and garden. Not overlooked. Everything is done by bike from the house. Thanks to Emmanuelle for hosting us and for her advice .

Thanks to Chantal for her availability during our exchanges and her very friendly little visit. The accommodation is clean, comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen. Large garage very useful for storing bikes and a closed yard that our little dog enjoyed. We recommend this property.

Very well located place nothing to say I highly recommend this accommodation which is close to everything including shopping malls which are only 35 min walk away. The place is close to essential shops (bakery, pharmacy ...) not to mention the beach right next to the accommodation which is convenient it avoids using your car. Quiet place

Small 3-day getaway in Royan. What a treat to wake up facing the sea, after a night in a comfortable bed. The apartment is cozy and furnished and tastefully arranged. Facilities for parking. The apartment, proposed by Eddy, was in line with the amenities mentioned. The living environment was pleasant without any noise disturbance. we were able to fully enjoy our vacation thanks to this apartment. I would highly recommend it to anyone who would like to stay in Royan and want to be close to everything on foot.

We had a pleasant stay. Well located, well equipped overall, clean. Host responsive to messages (we had difficulty finding the right listing number). Small nice accommodation for 2 that we recommend, with a nice small terrace. The residence was almost empty in early June (and not many people on the island of Oleron in general), so it was even more pleasant.

Chrys, always very responsive, picked us up from the train station by car while it's not far at all on foot. She took us around the village to explain all the amenities. She is a tonic and super welcoming person. The accommodation is separated from its dwelling by the terrace and the pool so we quickly meet each other on a daily basis. The exchange is always cordial and friendly. Not at all invasive. The bedding is comfortable, the room quiet. the amenities are minimalist and simple but everything is super clean. The dog, a German shepherd, is young so a little playful sometimes but that didn't bother us, thanks to the gate that isolates the small terrace, he stayed behind. Small super nice pool too. Very nice stay, thank you!
