NON-smoking studio, quiet, located in the SYLVIANA residence by the sea and downtown. Weekly booking in summer. A private parking space. A common closed bike room. You just have to cross the road to reach the large beach of Saint Georges: water sports center, restaurants, shop, Mickey Club, bike path. Royan 5 minutes by car. 15 minutes by bike. Meschers.
