Located inside the Golf, very quiet place with garden, allowing you to rest under the pine trees. The apartment is fully functional and well-equipped. The beautiful Cordouan pine beach is accessed by a bike/pedestrian path, which is very nice when you don't want to be in the middle of cars. Brigitte and Daniel are very welcoming. In short, our stay went very well.

We had a great week in Régine and François's beautiful apartment, offering panoramic views to the ocean. The terrace, spacious and very pleasant, was a real plus to fully enjoy this grandiose view. The apartment is impeccably clean and of exceptional quality, perfectly equipped. Nothing is missing, everything has been thought out for our comfort. Régine and François are friendly, welcoming, and very responsive hosts, both before and during our stay. They were also very accommodating, and their little touches upon arrival touched us a lot. The location of the apartment is ideal: in a quiet area facing the sea, with direct access to a superb beach. The city center, with its restaurants and shops, is just a 10-minute walk or a 5-minute bike ride. Soulac is a charming and beautiful town. A big thank you to Régine and François! My spouse and I had a lovely stay with our dog Pogo. Céline is a great host, she hosted us very well and we thank her for that. Very nice spacious, well appointed and equipped accommodation. Very quiet and very convenient with direct access to all activities in the city. Parking in the courtyard and being able to connect your vehicle is a real plus. We would definitely recommend it.

Perfectly well-equipped house and located in a quiet area close enough to all the practical destinations of the island. We used our bikes so it was very nice to be on the route of a bike path! I recommend it!

The listing is as described: large living room, kitchen equipped for our group of friends (7 people). The spa is great, clean. Hosts provide outdoor garden furniture, umbrellas and Chilean for moments of relaxation and conviviality. Charlotte is very responsive and friendly. Thank you for this stay and happy hosting.

Very nice house, very convenient with its 4 bedrooms, and the kitchen /living room / living area all in length and without walls between them, bringing a real feeling of a large friendly and very lit house. The garden is beautiful and we were able to eat outside every day, with the barbecue. Self check-in and checkout with the lockbox with code to enter. Throughout the stay, Fanny was very responsive, answering our questions accurately. We would recommend it in a second.

Anne-Marie generously welcomed us with a basket more than stocked ( cider, cake,pineau...) . We fed the chickens that made us feel good with 3 eggs a day. We also enjoyed the vegetable garden. The house is renovated and spacious for 6 people, the garden with several terraces in the shade or sun to choose from, the library and games are available. Big garden nice for our dog. The beach is a 10-15 min walk, that of the great coast or the wild coast accessible by bike in 15 min or by car. Beautiful Palmyra Zoo nearby. Anne-Marie was available throughout the week, and very flexible on arrival/ departure times and good advice on restaurants and activities in the area. Central accommodation to visit La Tremblade in Saint Georges de Didonne, by car or bike (many bike paths). We highly recommend for families or groups of friends.

Well equipped house, spacious, large enclosed private garden was great for the dog and barbecues. Lovely neighbourhood. Easy walk to shops, restaurants and the beach. Arnaud and Franck were friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.

The advantages of the accommodation: very well located, car easily parked in the adjacent street, single storey with private terrace, bedroom, equipped kitchen, clean, walk to the beach.

The accommodation is in a very central location, which allows you to do many activities on foot. Communication was very smooth with Dimitri and Florian. Small regret of having to go get the keys 6km away in a place with limited opening hours. You have to think about anticipating his arrival. The apartment is very good and consistent with the description, although a little dark. We would have liked to find the beds made on arrival but it did not affect our stay.

We had a great weekend. The apartment is very clean, quiet, the children were able to enjoy the pool and outdoor facilities (table tennis, play structure, foosball) The owner I spoke to on the phone was very welcoming and warm. Thank you very much for hosting us in your home.
