Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Royal Oak

Samantha's place was just what we were looking for. Clean, comfortable, and aesthetically pleasing. We felt right out home for our stay. The house was stocked with everything we needed, including a heavy-duty blender that we used every morning (bonus!). The upstairs master bedroom suite is really nice - beautiful shower. Just a 15-minute walk or 5-minute drive and we were in downtown Clawson getting great coffee or excellent burgers. The neighborhood is quiet and felt really safe.

Second time staying here and it was perfect. I will be staying here any time I am in town!

This is a beautiful property located in a very nice neighborhood. We enjoyed hanging out on the patio and walking to coffee shops and wine bars. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

I honestly can say, there is nothing I would change about this Airbnb! Nathan took the time to truly think of every detail. This home is very inviting, beautifully decorated and well lite. The amenities are all there! More dishes and towels than usual. To top it all off, Nathan’s home is pet friendly and my dog enjoyed the enormous backyard tremendously! If you are in Oak Park and need a quiet place to retreat, this Airbnb is your dream stay!!! Thank you Nathan. Can’t wait to meet again.

What an excellent stay at the Phunky Pheasant! It was so close to the action. Just a close walk to Michigan Ave, and then a bit further Michigan Central and the rest of Corktown. Everything else was a super close drive / Uber. Allison & Anthony were the most gracious hosts, continually checking in to ensure our needs were met. I don’t think I’ve ever stayed at more well appointed, thoughtfully curated airbnb. This one is a keeper, folks!

So stinkin cute! From entrance to patio. Situated in a Quaint quiet neighborhood that's within walking distance to amazing food, spirits and history. The parking is tricky, but worth it. Very clean and extremely well stocked. The hosts were great. We will definitely revisit 🙂

We had a great stay! For folks who prefer a firm mattress, this is a good choice. The area was walkable and a few blocks to the Qline shuttle making a trek to downtown easy.

Michael’s place is such a hidden gem! Everything matched the descriptions and photos, the lake view was beautiful, the area was quiet and peaceful. I could truly go on and on about how nice our weekend here was. We definitely plan on coming back!

We had a great stay at Jordan’s place. Easy check in and great communication. Place is as described and is super cute. Nicely remodeled bathroom and comfy bedrooms in the back of the house. This was a good location in Woodbridge for us as our friends live in the neighborhood and it’s also close drive or bike to the museums. I would highly recommend bringing ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. It’s an old house and if there are guests on the third floor you can hear them very clearly. The place is also located on a very busy street - our friends warned us there might be drag races so we brought ear plugs and still were woken up. Beyond that it was very quiet and peaceful.

She is very responsive, her home is squeaky clean it looks just like the pictures. It's a very quiet and peaceful neiborhood, I promise if you book her home you will not be disappointed. I think that Mark is a great host. He was able to help in a time of dire need. Very responsive with clear instructions would definitely recommend. Home nice and clean very nicely furnished felt just like home.

Justin’s place was Amazing! He was easy to work with. We did have a problem trying to figure out how to lock back door but he sent video of process and we were able to solve. The location is perfect access to midtown and downtown. Whole Foods around the corner.

Alejandro’s place is great. It was very close to downtown, a quick Uber ride. Very clean and organized. The bed was super comfortable. Lots of kitchen items to use. It’s a walkable area but most places are around a mile away if you’re walking. I’d definitely stay again.

Absolutely enjoyed my stay! Host's communication was immaculate! I had some issues with my trip a few times & each time I voiced my concern she was very responsive & accommodating! it wasn't far from anywhere we had to take a car too & the space was very spacious, clean & comfortable! Definitely would reccomend staying here 😊
