Great value for money stayed with family and we made great use of the leisure facilities which are excellent. The location is great as it’s near lots of attractions and great for walking lots within walking distance too we loved exploring the area via the woods. There are a couple of pubs a fantastic park and a McDonalds only a few minutes walk. The accommodation is basic but modern and clean.

Decent little find this, four bed house tucked away in a quiet housing area. Easy to check in at the leisure centre for the keys, didn't use the facility but they do a decent well priced brekki. House is clean, beds are comfy and the shower runs hot. Jobs a good one for a couple of nights, would recommend.

Big, beautiful home for a large gathering. Decorated the summer house for my daughter's 21st which was lovely. Lovely garden with furniture and hot tub. Plenty of bathrooms. Had a lovely stay

We had a lovely 2 night family break at Peacock Barn over October half term. It's a beautiful property with fantastic amenities and perfectly located for exploring the many sites and activities the area has to offer. The swimming pool and games room provided the children with a space to play and have fun which was a key factor for choosing this property. The garden was great for our dog providing plenty of space to run around and secure, providing peace of mind. It would be the perfect spot to enjoy during the summer months. We will definitely be returning. Thanks for having us!

Perfect place for a larger group. Plenty of free on street parking, not a particularly busy road so felt cars were safe. Very clean. Overall one of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed at.

A spacious house for groups of people, clean, tidy and very comfortable. Everything was spotless and all amenities and utensils are provided in the kitchen. There is enough space for parking which is very rare in most cities. The environment is also very quiet. I will definitely recommend this house for anyone visiting Birmingham or nearby areas. Thank you Joy for accommodating me and my friends. We really enjoyed staying in the house and thank you for the galaxy chocolates. It’s goes well with a cup of tea and coffee. Olu

Really lovely place to stay with lots of room for all the family. Lots to do in the house too which kept us enterntianed and would of liked to stay longer. Great hamper with goodies which was enjoyed by all. Brillaint garden too.

Second time here , and would use again in future. Used Muns place to have a bridal shower. Home was beautiful. Host was very responsive. Plenty of space to have an intimate gathering. Pictures truely are accurate. Thanks for everything ✌🏽
