We were visiting friends in the area and we're bringing our dog along. This location allowed pets. The place was super clean and located in a quiet neighborhood with Target less than a mile down the road. Bret and his team responded quickly. The only tricky issue was the alarm and electronic lock but that all stemmed from user error. I will easily booking this place again if we come back to the area. Cheers.

My family and I enjoyed our two-night stay. The house had everything we needed, but the pool was the highlight. It made our mini vacation to Dallas extra enjoyable for our kids. The pool was clean and the perfect size, and the backyard was a great place to relax. The house was also close to multiple stores including Target and Kroger if you need groceries. It also didn’t take long to venture to downtown Dallas. Instructions for check-in/check-out were clear and easy. I would highly recommend!

We had such a relaxing and memorable stay at the FH Lakehouse Retreat! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully stocked with everything we needed—from kitchen essentials to cozy blankets for lakefront evenings. The view of the lake was absolutely stunning, and our mornings on the patio with coffee were a dream. The hosts were incredibly responsive and thoughtful, making check-in seamless and our entire stay stress-free. We can’t wait to come back for another getaway. Highly recommend!

Stephanie was a great host, her place felt like home! Her house is family friendly home also. Everything was spotless too! She is a great host, crystal clear with home instructions, and responds pretty fast. In general, she’s a great host! I would definitely recommend her home if you are looking forward for visiting around the DFW area, especially with kids.

Just completed an extended stay and the house has a refreshing pool that provided the perfect oasis for relaxation 😀 The beds were extremely comfortable and everyone got plenty of sleep. The large amount of space afforded us the opportunity to fully unwind. The pool was our relaxation outside and the pool table was our entertainment inside! Without a doubt, an awesome place to stay for the price, large size, location and cleanliness! Everything was clean, TVs were all smart tvs with remotes. My son played his Ps5 while we played pool and watched the Mavericks game. Great night with my boys. Tiffany was the Host and she was/is amazing and very easy to communicate with. Information for check in/out, house info, misc, etc… was communicated through her. Tiffany took great care of us! We will definitely be back!

We had a great weekend at the Corn Dog House. Gwen was an excellent host. I felt I had all the necessary information. The house was adorable and so fun to be in. Thanks for the stay!

The apartment was right in front of a dog park with a small really cute patio. It was right in front of a Whole Foods with great options to eat and down the street from multiple amazing restaurants 10 out of 10 would stay again and probably will

Joy’s place came just as advertised and it was as comfy as you think it’d be. Everything was clean and Joy was really helpful with any questions that I had, and replied quickly. I would stay here again

The amenities were good, and the room was clean. Parking was convenient. On the downside, the neighbors were a bit noisy and I could often hear strange sounds. The apartment is close to the road, so the soundproofing isn’t great. Overall, it was a decent stay with good value for the price.

I had such a lovely stay here! The apartment itself is super clean, very nicely decorated, and minimalist in a way that I really like. It had everything I needed for several days, including washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, televisions in two rooms, a wonderful bathtub, and a really excellent bed among other things. I loved sitting on the balcony in the morning, looking out at the oak trees. I used the gym and had great walks around nearby White Rock Lake. Shopping in the area was great with grocery stores and banks and restaurants very nearby. It’s just very well located in general. Parking was ultra easy. Overall, just a great place to stay in Dallas and I honestly can’t wait to return to this very spot should I have such good fortune.

Absolutely fantastic place to stay! The view is amazing and the studio unit had everything you could want. The bathroom was huge and had a jetted soaker tub. While we visited during a thunderstorm, I will definitely be back to use the kayaks!! Super friendly hosts would definitely recommend.

The place is private, comfortable, and well furnished. The host was super accommodating. There is a faint cigarette smoke smell which I've read in another review. It didn't bother me much while I was there, but I did smell it on the clothes I laid out there after I got home.

We have a wonderful day. I have no complaints a great place for great price. Definitely looking forward to booking with them again. The only thing I has trouble with was the temperature with the water it was too hot at times but if you let it run for a bit it get to perfect temp

I had a wonderful stay at this lovely spot! The place was incredibly cozy and spotless, making me feel right at home. The location was fantastic - just a stone's throw away from great bars and restaurants, public transportation, markets, and even a pharmacy. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and would highly recommend it to both couples and solo travelers. The atmosphere was super welcoming, making my stay truly unforgettable.

Loved staying here apartment was great, lake was wonderful sat by it in the morning and at night! not only was the host responsive but also extremely helpful and friendly would definitely stay here again.

Brooke's place was the perfect place to stay for 10 days while I was visiting North Dallas. It looked just like the pictures and was exactly as described. Brooke provided clear and easy instructions on how to access the home, and she was communicative and easy to reach. Everything was well stocked, and I didn't need to buy anything for the home during my stay. The complex is private and peaceful. It was a great place to stay, and Brooke is an excellent host. I plan to stay again the next time I'm in town.

Christina’s place was so comfortable and welcoming! Everywhere we needed to be was within a short drive. The neighborhood was quiet and clean! Christina was a wonderful host and we plan on staying here again should we need a place to stay in Dallas that is clean and affordable!

This place was just as described and pictured. The hosts provided a generous supply of towels, paper products and even detergent for the full-size washer and dryer! Although it’s an older complex and close to commercial shopping plazas and noise, it was relatively quiet at night, comfortable, and nicely furnished with 2 larger televisions.
