We had a wonderful visit to Peroj. Lidija was a fantastic host and her place was exactly what we were looking for, close to places we wanted to visit and a nice, quite place for when we wanted to stay in.

Very nice accommodation and a great and friendly host. Antun welcomed us in person and told us a bit about the house and himself. The place is nicer in real life than in pictures. Very good condition. The apartment is also equipped with a new washing machine that really made our stay easier.

Gloria and Alen are wonderful and helpful hosts. The villa is a dream, everything is just right here. If you haven't been here yet, you should come, and if you've already been here, you'll come back anyway. We had a wonderful vacation and can recommend this villa one hundred percent!

We had a wonderful stay in Rovinj! Vesna greeted us upon arrival and was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our visit. The apartment was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the old town, with great bakeries and local stores nearby. We really appreciated the quiet neighborhood and easy access to everything Rovinj has to offer. Highly recommend staying here!

The place is very central, the amphitheater right next door, and quiet. I was very satisfied with the apartment! Jasna was a super hostess as you would like her to be, very warm and helpful!!

Host is very helpful and communicative. The place is great but bring good shoes as the entire town is not easy to walk through and be ready to climb no matter where you go. Pool is great, spa is lovely. Goran is super nice

Zoran is a very kind host, and has a lovely place to stay. Zoran was super helpful with any requests we had, and recommended some very good local restaurants. The apartment is 5 min walk from the park and beach, giving opportunity to both morning and evening swims. The park itself is huge, and well worth exploring with Zoran’s bikes.

This home is the perfect location for anyone looking to get away from the crowds and enjoy your own private slice of Croatian paradise on the Istrian peninsula while still being close to several wonderful attractions, like the old city of Rovinj and the hill town of Motovun. The home and surrounding yard have everything you need including several outdoor locations to sit and relax while soaking up the ambience. Enjoy your coffee or wine while listening to the birds and enjoying the view of the olive trees and lavender plants. The hosts couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. We really appreciated their hospitality, local recommendations, and personal touch. The best Airbnb experience we've had.

We stayed for 3 nights with our dog and it was like being at home, the accommodation was very nice, well-kept and clean, with a nice garden. The location is perfect for getting to the beaches and the city, the host was very precise and friendly right away. I'll recommend this place to everyone.

Filip is an excellent host. Description and reality match 100%. Apartment is well cut with everything you need. We were there for the 2nd time. We liked it very much and with the renovated bathroom, the apartment has gained even more comfort. From the apartment, everything is within walking distance. We'd love to come back!

The location is what stood out for us! This apartment is so close to the beach, restaurants, bars and a small supermarket. Being able to walk around old town was the best and Maja was super friendly and provided great tips on where to eat. The steps leading up to the apartment provided a great workout.

Villa Lucia was perfect! The villa itself was very clean and tidy, it had everything we needed for our stay. The garden and pool was a great size, and we especially loved the outdoor bbq and dining area - perfect for evenings in. The area was also very pleasant and felt like an authentic Croatian town - there was a nearby supermarket, restaurant and bar! We can’t wait to book it again for next year. Peaceful oasis in the heart of it all!! From the moment you enter the gate, to the moment you turn the corner to the flat....it takes your breath away. Beautiful, peaceful luxury, almost unreal for the location. The flat is beautiful, spotless and well appointed with absolutely everything you could possibly need for two persons. The outdoor space is the star for sure. Peaceful, comfortable and a wonderful retreat after a day of exploring the old town. A place to kick back with a glass of wine and listen to nature all around you, stunningly beautiful. The fact that you have use of bikes was such a bonus as the waterfront just begs for you to explore. We were truly grateful to have the bikes and navigate the park and beaches so close to the flat.....remarkable add on!! We were completely happy with the apartment. The landlord responded directly to our request - we had booked at short notice the day before. We were received in a very friendly manner, communication in German was easily possible. The apartment fully corresponds to the pictures/descriptions. A supermarket is directly opposite, bike rental possible from the landlord, alternatively bike rental 5 min. walk away. The old town is a short walk away - about 15 minutes. You can also walk to the beach - about 20 minutes. Car could be parked directly in front of the apartment in the yard. The pool and the spacious area around the pool can be used by all residential parties. Our apartment was right on the thoroughfare, but we were aware of this by the reviews read and did not bother us, as the windows are very well insulated. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.

We were guests with the family and our dog and felt very comfortable. The house is cozy and the outdoor area is very spacious - our dog also felt very comfortable in the large garden! Those who like it quiet and idyllic will feel very comfortable. The sea is quickly reached by car or bike (5 min). Marija and her family are very friendly. We would come back!

We had a great vacation in Klaus' fantastically beautiful accommodation. The facility is super well maintained and Klaus was always available. In the event of a defective water drain in the bathroom, Klaus reacted super quickly and sent a craftsman who was very friendly and could repair everything directly. Our spontaneous guests were even allowed to spend a night with their camper in the parking lot for free - THANK YOU for that. We'd love to come back and recommend the place!

A small, quiet gem in the middle of a tourist stronghold, away from the hustle and bustle. Milica is a very friendly and lovable person. The stay was pure relaxation. Especially great, a private parking space directly in front of the apartment. 100% recommendation if you bring peace and enjoy the peace. 😊😊👍👍❤️❤️

We really enjoyed staying here and would do it again. The apartment had everything we could possibly need as well as beautiful surroundings. Very spacious and tidy. There is a playground in the back as well as two minutes away which was super nice too! We would definitely stay again! Very lovely hosts

The best Airbnb we have stayed in. We only had two days at Luciano’s place but we wish we could have stayed longer. Luciano and his wife were amazing with the children, they gave my son his favourite chocolates and gave him a tractor ride. The house was spotless, comfortable and everything had been thought of. We will definitely be returning in the future for a longer holiday. We went to the local town for coffee (where we found lots of lovely cafes and restaurants) and also found a castle in the centre of the town which the children loved. The local supermarket was well stocked. If you are thinking of staying here you won’t regret it. We had a very memorable stay to end our ten day road trip.

Very nice apartment, clean and cool, despite the fact that we didn't turn on the AC. Mladen welcomed us nicely at the agreed time and recommended restaurants nearby. The bikes really came in handy for downtown and Cuvi beach. The host also provided a key for the bike. Also the sea was crystal clear after a storm which was a few days before we came. We'll definitely be back!
