Our tiny house is self-standing(26m2). House is positioned in the green recreational area next to bike and jogging trail just 450 meter from beautiful natural attraction Lim Fjord or just 1 km from Vrsar marine and public beach. It has private parking, open terrace, grill and nice garden(500m2) with olive trees. Garden and house have plethora of sun during the whole day. It's equipped with kitchenette, washing machine, linen and towels, WIFI, TV and air conditioning.

Novouređeni apartman Marija nalazi se 250 m od centra mjesta Barban. Kuća je samostojeća sa privatnim ograđenim dvorištem i parkiralištem, uređenim vrtom za ugodan boravak i opuštanje, terasom. Apartman ima 40 kvadratnih metara i sastoji se od kompletno opremljene kuhinje sa sofom na razvlačenje, tv, satelit, internet,klima uređaj, spavaće sobe sa bračnim krevetom i kupaonice. The cottage was primarily intended to enjoy the family and host friends by the fireplace,good food,wine, and fire. And it has a big table and benches. We've decorated it for ourselves, and all the furniture is made of wood. The design wasn't meant to be in sync, but just to make it beautiful,cozy, and functional. As we have come up with the idea of renting out space over time, we hope guests who are as enjoyable as well.

The house is all in new furniture,in a retro-modern stile. It have one space that includes a doblebed,sofa,kitchen,dining room and a bathroom in the other room.It is so calm that you can hear only the birds and the crickets.The garden is realy lovely
