Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Round Top

Highly recommend this beautiful home! It was very inviting and comfortable. Great ambiance. Felt at home as soon as we arrived. Places within walking distance from the house. We hope to make another trip to Brenham soon and would love to be able to stay there again.

Great piece full place and all the extras she added came in handy. Coffee, water, fishing poles, chairs, fire pit and more.

My family and I had a lovely visit on the farm. Breathtakingly beautiful and serene and extremely well priced. The home was beautifully decorated and clean as can be. Sitting on the deck, we were soon greeted by "Nuce" who has to be the friendliest dog on Earth! The beds were great, showers were hot, house outfitted with anything you may need, including snacks & water! We woke on Easter Sunday (after an amazing overnight thunderstorm) to the crowing of roosters and coffee on the deck admiring the hundreds of lilys in the pond and the birds chirping. Close to anything you may need but far far from civilization. Just perfect! We will be back next Spring to visit the Renaissance Fair in McDade. Thanks for your hospitality and kindness. It was greatly appreciated!

I had a power issue with the thermostat and Mia was extremely responsive and had a neighbor come help me out. The space is super nice and very clean. Maybe the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on.

Julia’s historic home was very comfortable, beautifully decorated, modernized with a large kitchen that had everything you need to prepare multiple meals. Lovely views from large windows to enjoy a quiet, charming neighborhood. Plenty of hot water, comfortable beds, squeaky clean, easy access. Host is very responsive and pleasant. We enjoyed learning about the history of this home. Would highly recommend to others.

We had a great time here, swimming and grilling. It’s so private which we loved, it’s truly a getaway! Very clean and comfortable, loved the openness and all the natural light. Kitchen is well stocked for all your cooking needs. Our pup had a great time here too. The pool was truly amazing and we wish we could’ve stayed longer. We are already planning to come back!

Just ducky! :) Ben was so sweet and even wished my kiddo good luck for his tennis tournament in College Station. We commuted into town each day and then hauled ourselves out to this adorable place in the evenings. It was so relaxing and just what we needed. Thanks so much for sharing your space, Ben!

Peaceful & just what I needed for a “me treat”

In town for A&M graduation this was super close to campus and restaurants but peaceful. If I could give 10 stars I would from the coffee pods to filtered water, clean and perfect space. Highly recommend!!

This is our 2nd time staying here and we will definitely be back. Plenty of fun activities to do around the property. Myke goes above to make sure you’re comfortable and even got us fresh eggs and blackberries for breakfast. Best place in College Station!

This farm cannot compare to the beautiful Nature of the owner and hostess. She is the best at making you feel right at home. The place is going to become my area go to. Thank you Rin for absolutely a divine visit!!

The grounds, birds, lovely chimes, I could go on! Really comfortable space. Comfy bed, quiet location. What more could one ask for by the river? Oh… the patios. Different mood? Pick a different patio: each is special.

We stayed here for a few days of Round Top shopping (about 25 minutes away). The property is beautiful and peaceful, and the hosts are communicative and helpful. The rental was nice and clean, had everything we needed, and was comfortable - just now it’s all open so kitchen and living and beds are all in one large room. Highly recommend for a relaxing few days away or for a place to stay while visiting Round Top.

Awesome place, no complaints. The place was loaded with a lot of stuff to make your stay even more awesome. Extra blankets, extra towels, even blankets for your dog's :), water, snacks, etc.

Barbara’s cabin was truly a hidden gem in the outskirts of Smithville. I have tons of family who have lived in Smithville since the 50’s if not earlier so I’ve grown up in Smithville and to have a place like this cabin to stay at when visiting family is amazing! The photos truly don’t do it justice. The property is very well maintained and it was freshly mowed. It’s on a few acres and has plenty of space outside to roam and enjoy the view of the river. It ac works very well, I ended up sleeping on the futon which was comfortable enough to me and everything is very clean and well-kept. My only complaint would be the lock on the gate was fairly hard to work (push back together and get it to stick, even after changing all the numbers on the pad).

Beautiful cabin and beautiful property. We loved it. My kids thoroughly enjoyed running around outside. We will definitely book again. The cabin was very clean and neatly organized. Allison was super helpful with any questions I had.

Wow!!! This place is amazing! Everywhere you look there’s something new to discover. So much so that we never really wanted to leave the property. Great place for larger families. Lots of things to do for every age level. It’s very clean and had everything we needed. Beautiful property, lots of deer & squirrels. We had so much fun we will definitely be back!

This beautiful property was a relaxing country getaway with everything you’d need for the perfect vacation. We were greeted with fresh flowers and farm eggs by our host, clean and comfortable spaces, love the cowboy pool! Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at the Rustic Retreat! Highlight of our trip was hanging out with Denver :) Cabin was extremely clean and cozy , perfect for what we needed!

Lovely cabin with plenty of room for 6 people to comfortably spread out without getting in each other's way. Fishing from the paddle boat, lounging on the sunny dock and group meals on the porch were some of the favorite activities during our stay. Great place for a quiet staycation surrounded by tranquil views. Thank you!
