Our Forest Cabin is a step up from that in that you don't need to worry about a tent, but it's still essentially camping. Its location is truly fantastic – conveniently situated yet providing a sense of privacy that we really appreciate. This get-away was exactly what our family needed! This home is secluded yet provides a high level of amenities and comfort. Our boys enjoyed the open space to run around, the epic Easter egg hunt, as well as the game room; my husband and I enjoyed the peace, quiet, the Lyrid meteor shower and bonfires. And it was so wonderful to have our dog with us, who enjoyed the unleashed lifestyle! Thank you, Chris! We hope to return someday!

Our stay at Ludwig Lane Cottage was fantastic. The cottage is extremely clean and well appointed. We all felt cozy and comfortable. The location was perfect to use as a home base for exploring the area. Our group of five loved the Pa Grand Canyon, Leonard Harrison State Park, the Lumber Museum, downtown Wellsboro, Cherry Springs stargazing and the World War II Museum in Eldred. Absolutely beautiful home away from home! We stayed for the marathon weekend, the location is right outside of Coudersport allowing easy access to everywhere that we needed to be. The house is spotless with everything that you need. The game room and Firepit are great additions. Highly recommend this cabin for a wonderful stay.

A clean, comfortable home in a remote location, perfect for stargazing. We were looking for a place that was close to Cherry Springs State Park, and this was definitely a great choice. The house has four bedrooms and four full bathrooms, but did not feel too big. The patio offered a clear view of the sky, and wood was available to use in the outdoor fireplace. Use caution if traveling here in winter, as a lot of surrounding areas are snow-covered and icy. As others have mentioned, please follow the directions that the host provides and do NOT rely on GPS. We downloaded the Google offline maps ahead of time for the area, but followed GPS and ended up on some slippery, unmaintained roads. The host provides instructions that keep you on paved roads the entire way.
