In unserem kleinen gemütlichen Apartment nahe des Rottacher Zentrums laden wir dich herzlich auf eine erholsame Zeit ein. Zu Fuß sind verschiedenste Restaurants & Bars erreichbar. Ein Supermarkt, eine Drogerie, eine Tankstelle und ein Bäcker sind nur ca. 300 Meter entfernt. Frische Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind selbstverständlich da. Zur weiteren Ausstattung gehört eine Nespresso-Maschine, ein kleiner Kühlschrank (Minibar), Bluetooth-Lautsprecher sowie eine Begrüßungsflasche Wein.

The mattress of the 1.40 m x 2 m bed has been replaced and renewed. There is deliberately no TV. Enjoy your stay overlooking the lake and mountains.

A beautiful, detached vacation home awaits you with a terrace that offers a breathtaking view of Lake Tegernsee, a private jetty to the lake, a spacious, fully equipped kitchen-living room with an electric gas fireplace and gallery, a bathroom and a bedroom with double bed/ sofa bed. In the living room, a couch offers another sleeping option for children or another person.
