Villa holiday rentals in Rotonda West

This place was very nice and clean. It is in a very great location, and has all the amenities you would ever need. Host if very pleasant and has very good communication, providing me with local recommendations and trip ideas. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a pleasureful getaway or even just for a short peaceful escape.

We enjoyed our month at Ray and Janes house. Great location, spacious house, nice pool and quiet neighbourhood. Walked the trails behind the house in the park almost everyday, lots of gators in the ponds any many birds around. Would definitely stay again.

The Port Charlotte home has a charming view of a small lake from the enclosed screen area surrounding the pool. It was a nice place to sit and read, and see various birds, including pelicans and flocks of cormorants (I believe). Two things to mention: There is an additional charge of $25 per day to heat the pool, payable directly to the owners. We understand that other owners do this as well but seems a bit strange. The suggested payment mechanisms are not available to non-US residents. The cooktop is an induction model; those not familiar with this type of appliance may wish to look it up in advance since there are no instructions for the rather obscure icons. There were some inconsistencies between the long pre-stay messages on rules and those in the on-site book.

Jason greeted us when we arrived. There was a bottle of wine and some snacks waiting inside. Nice!!! It was like an oasis near the city. I knew we were close to everything but felt like we were miles away. We had a partially fenced grassy area to let the dogs run outside (part of the reason we chose this place). There were plenty of amenities to add to our relaxation… bicycles, corn hole boards, laundry, a private beach (larger than it looked in the picture), a dock and a beautiful sunset. We drove to Boca Grande and enjoyed the gulf. Ate dinner at Farlow’s. And, relaxed!!!

Amazing stay! Very private, gorgeous property. Our local contact was very responsive. It’s worth the stay just being next to the water and watching the wildlife! Would 100% stay again!

Given the circumstances, the house and its amenities were more than adequate. Very clean and well-stocked (especially the kitchen items and towels). This was not a vacation. We were dealing with the aftermath of Hurricane Ian that damaged our family home and the sudden death of our mother. This also affected our stay Rotunda West due to the damage repair to the neighborhood and the lack of street signs because they were blown over. A GPS is very helpful in this neighborhood. Aside from being almost 30 minutes from town, we were very comfortable at the location. The owner sent us emails to alert us when people were coming to spray for bugs or look at the roof damage. The people that were the contact folks were responsive.

Close to grocery stores, quiet neighborhood, clean house. That was exactly what we needed for a short week-long vacation

Pavelsplace was beautiful and spacious and served our family’s need perfectly. We flew in for my dads funeral and there were 11 of us staying there. 6 adults and 5 children. We never felt crowded and the kids really enjoyed the pool. The host was super responsive and respectful. Definitely recommend this to anyone with a large group.

We had a great stay. Dave was a terrific host, responding very quickly to our questions. The area is very quiet with friendly neighbours. The views from the front of the property are spectacular and we witnessed so many amazing sunsets. The wildlife is incredible we saw manatees numerous times in the canal and in the inter coastal waterways, 2 cheeky sea otters in the canal and not to mention the beautiful bird life and dolphins. The house is spacious and has a well stocked kitchen everything you could possibly need. We used the pool everyday it’s a great size. It’s a great house

This home offers easy access to all of BOCA. It’s a nice place with a lot of space.

The pictures don’t describe the beauty and comfort of this home. The pool is a tropical oasis of palms and lush landscape. There are so many wonderful outdoor areas to go to and sit to soak it all in while the kids swim in the secluded and beautiful pool. Our host was so responsive and I was surprised to find a gorgeous vase of flowers, chocolates, fruit platter, and bottle of wine upon our arrival!! All of the little “extras” really just make vacationing so much easier…such as laundry and dish soap, beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, etc… shower items, and so much more!! This has been our family’s favorite place so far in the lower Gulf area. We rented a boat and the husband was happy to be able to dock it right next to the house so he could jump on and fish. We spent a lot of time as a family on the boat and exploring new areas. So much fun! Thank you for making our vacation to Port Charlotte so comfortable and memorable!! Highly recommend ❤️

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. We really appreciated having the beach gear, including a wagon the transport everything. Very convenient! Beautiful beaches within 30 minutes. Wellen Park and Warm Mineral Springs worth checking out! Irina was very responsive. Pool temp was a little cooler than our comfort level and some of the outdoor things are a bit warn (basketball hoop broken, pool floats, etc.). Other than that the place was just perfect! Highly recommend!

I drove 13 hours but the house was well worth it !! Totally recommend ! Very clean and look just like the photos posted . Such a vibe would most definitely book again . Thank you!!

This home is absolutely stunning if you’re looking for a getaway with your family or evening another couple. The home is very spacious, the pool is absolutely stunning and perfect and the beach is just a short drive away! Very local to many things! Bonnie was so sweet and quick to respond to whatever we needed! Would recommend this place to anyone !

Absolutely all around wonderful experience for our family of four and our dog. We all felt welcome as if we were staying at a family members vacation home. They have everything you need, and several added touches to enhance your stay! Cleanliness, location to golf courses, lit walking path, heated pool, large seating areas/tables, decor, supplies provided and kind hosts all helped make our stay perfect. Lisa and Jeff were accommodating, kind, responsive and caring- will definitely rent from them again, highly recommended!

Had a great time! Kitchen was well equipped and everything that you would need was provided! Could just bring your clothes and enjoy!

The house was absolutely beautiful and spacious! we brought our 3 dogs and the fenced yard was such a plus! the ppol is beautiful and we loved the solar heating, we were swimming on new years eve!!! I also love that they dont throw away everything in between stays, like flour, papaer plates, things like that! so we left some things as well maybe the next person just might need in the kitchen! Me and my family had an amazing holiday and we will definitely be returning! (Hopefully)

The home is fantastic. The amenities were fantastic. There is a lot of street noise - which you can’t change. You learn to tune it out. I was impressed by the home. And the owner was nice.
