We loved this house. We’ve stayed in Rotonda West and this was the nicest by far. The house was beautiful. Clean and spacious with comfortable beds! It was perfect for us as a couple, our extended family were in a house nearby. The area was peaceful and well cared for, a good location for beaches and golf. We can’t wait to come back

Ms. Diana has a beautiful property. The entire home was spotless. Almost like it was brand new for us. It had everything we needed for vacation and more. We loved the swimming pool. There is a ping pong table, adult and children's bikes and beach items(umbrella, chairs and cooler). The home is close to multiple beautiful beaches. Near multiple shopping options. Very nice neighborhood. We walked every afternoon. Low car traffic past the house. So quiet at night (frogs and crickets only). Beautiful view of the sunsets. 10/10 highly recommend. Will definitely come back in the future. Thank you.

We have stayed at a few different house in the area, and this by far was our favorite!! The home offered anything and everything we could want! Our host communicated very well and went above and beyond to make our stay very great!! 100/10

We had an awesome stay! The house is on a quiet street with no traffic and friendly neighbors. The inside of the house is spotless and there’s plenty of room for everyone. The appliances are all new and there are plenty of cookware and utensils. We spent most of our time relaxing in the pool area. It’s very peaceful and lots of wildlife to see in the back yard. There’s an outdoor cooking area and TV out there The house is located about 20 minutes away from Boca Grande and Englewood Beach. We will absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone staying in the area.

I live in miami so I know what beautiful beaches are, when I tell you that the beaches there are crystal clear water & temperature just right, I mean it! I was shocked to see they were better than miami ! I had a great stay for birthday at this home. It had everything I needed! My sister and best friend came by to sing happy birthday at a near by restaurant and go to the beach together and they fell in love with the location, it is so peaceful !! The home makes you feel right at home, it had lots of space for us the pool was just perfect ! The water temperature made you want to stay in the pool all day long it was perfect my kids enjoyed it so much ! I couldn’t have asked for a better birthday weekend at this location & home ! The host is very attentive and very helpful ! She found us the beach location and restaurant before we got there and she advised us to park right before our car got towed for being in grass. Nice place in a quiet residential area. House looks like a few years old only and overall a great value for a traveling family. A short drive to Ponta Gorda for restaurants and shopping. An easy hour drive from Sarasota International airport.

Cozy spot and easy drive to the beach and downtown Sarasota. Everything neat and functional. Yelena was really nice and gave good restaurant recommendations. My girlfriend and dogs were quite comfortable. Would recommend.

process was very simple to check in and check out. David was very polite , the place was very clean it was accommodating with basic supplies such as dishes silverware coffee maker even have some coffee , paper plates simple necessities, shampoo , conditioner some soaps , towels, chairs and cooler, floats for the beach that's within walking distance the neighborhood is beautiful, definitely a little piece of paradise I'll definitely come back.

Ed and Bunny were communicative and friendly hosts. Inside of the efficiency, space is as the photos (I even think the magazines are set up the same way haha). Very well organized and neat. Nice little pathway on the side of the home that separates the spot from the rest of the home and adds a touch of privacy. Spot is in a nice and quiet area and what it looked like a safe neighborhood. 10 mins from Siesta Beach. ✅.

Very happy with the stay! The place was cozy, the lanai was incredible, and all the spaces were nicely organized. Would have liked a fan on the lanai, as it was quite hot, and maybe a small oven would have been useful. Other than that, it was a great stay. The area was extremely quiet, which was great.

My husband and I really enjoyed our vacation at the wonderful apartment of Lauren and Mario, the place is so clean and cozy. Also, few minutes away from the beach and we drove few times to South Lido Key Beach Park which was so quiet and clean (highly recommend). We definitely will come back 💕

Ed's place has become our happy place and our home away from home! This trip was so relaxing and healing after a surgery...just what I needed. Great sunsets!

This is our 5th time staying here, and the place and location speak for itself. The one thing that takes this place over the top in our opinion is the amazing and friendly hosts, Honestly they have treated us like family and made sure our stay has been amazing and safe. We were there for hurricane Helene and they made sure we were taken care of the whole time. I can’t thank them enough, including Vince who is always on top of everything. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Our stay with Eric was amazing! We needed a quick beach weekend and this exceeded our expectations. His unit was as described with luxury towels and bed linens. Beach closet was bonus…the cart, cooler and chairs was much needed and appreciated! I messaged Eric prior to our arrival asking if there was a volleyball in the closet so I could add to our grocery order if not. First thing I saw as we walked in the unit was a new volleyball sitting on the table awaiting our arrival! Way above and beyond! Easy check in and check out. Actually, our flight was ahead of schedule and Eric allowed us early entry to get our trip started a bit sooner! This was our first time visiting the area and definitely plan on returning and will stay here again. Thanks for a great stay!

Highly recommend this condo. Quiet and clean.. very good communication

We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the boats and wildlife. There was a dolphin that swam around the dock. The apartment is very well supplied with everything you need to make your stay relaxing and easy. The pool was very clean although the surrounding area had been damaged with the storm in Oct 24.

This unit had everything you needed for a beach trip. Chairs, umbrella, towels, beach buggie, fishing pole, tackle, beach toys, pickle ball, etc. The unit was perfect for my family. The pool is very nice, propane grills, picnic area, car wash, corn hole. Great location! My only complaint is that the window shades need to be darker to keep the sun out of the bedrooms but that is the only concern I had. I fixed this issue with a dark blanket. I highly recommend this unit and the owner is quick at responding and extremely helpful. 10 stars!
