Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Rotherham District

Been up to Sheffield for the ice hockey nationals two years in a row and stayed here both times. Two high energy boys so the garden is great, house is big enough for two families to share and we had a blast here.

Me and the bridesmaids stayed here the night before my wedding for a little pamper night! The hot tub is so nice! We arrived to a lovely little message and hamper to celebrate the occasion!

It was everything we were expecting, central for all the heritage visits that we were planning to do. It was brought to our attention that we would have to be able to climb stairs. Sadly as an elderly couple we did struggle. Certainly didn't spoil our stay.

We had the best time!! The house was absolutely stunning and fully equipped for all we needed. Perfect for a mums getaway!! We will definitely be booking again 🤩🤩 Sam was super wonderful on responding to questions all along and was a super host! Thank you so much, was exactly what we all needed xx

Had a great few days at Abi’s place for a friends stag weekend. The house is beautiful, spacious and all the amenities you need for a nice chilled break. The surrounding land/venue is also very nice with an on-site cafe etc but you feel very private and nobody interrupted us over the weekend. Just a note that the pin location on Google/Apple Maps is about 100/150m too far up the road and the house is quite obscured due to the courtyard and trees so search for “manor farm” on maps to find your way properly as we couldn’t find it for a while :)

Lovely stay in Todwick with our children, their partners, my mother & my dog. Lots of space for all of us. The lads enjoyed the games room. We all enjoyed some nice local walks and the pub at the end of the road was good for food. Would recommend. Only thing to note is the back garden is not enclosed so you have to keep a close eye on your dog whilst outside.

We had a great weekend at Amy's home, the view is stunning, as is the house, with a great open plan space, perfect for friends to get away. There is everything you might possibly need in the kitchen which is well laid out. The beds are very comfy, it was quite difficult to get out of them on Sunday morning to be out by 10 😀. Amy was very helpful when we had an issue with the showers. Great stay and highly recommended.

Great cottage in a wonderful location, handy for Chatsworth, Bakewell etc Clear instructions and good communications. The main bedroom was lovely, it is very large and has a wardrobe and drawers. Everything was perfect for us.

Had an amazing few days walking around all the peaks, with this beautiful place to come back to in the evenings and play some cards and go to the recommended pubs. Really friendly host with lots of good recommendations. Will defo be visiting again! Thank you for a great trip.

Travelling during a heatwave, Flore's pad was just what I needed. A simple, cool, stylish, and very comfortable place to relax after a long day. Communication was spot on and instructions for getting in and checking out all very clear, with plenty of local tips offered on arrival together with a map. The local area is pleasant, and pretty walkable. I was able to cycle comfortably from here into town each day - with Flore allowing me to bring my bike in for added security. I particularly enjoyed having my own private garden to relax in over breakfast and the inclusion of a digital radio, toaster, tea and coffee supplies really made my stay. I'm sure I'll be back. What a beautiful place. Simon the host was always in touch before our stay to answer any questions we had and also throughout our stay making sure everything was ok. Nothing was too much trouble. The accommodation is amazing and the setting absolutely beautiful. The accommodation provides everything you would need for a very comfortable stay. The property is private and quiet yet transport links are on the doorstep. I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone. It was just perfect for us.

Lovely stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Very warm and friendly welcome from the hosts, Suzanne and Ian who were there to meet me and explained how everything worked. Welcome pack a nice bonus and very much appreciated after a long drive. Flat was beautiful, light and airy but at the same time, homely and welcoming. Very peaceful location and felt very safe there, something very important to me as a female guest staying on my own. Great communication and the few queries I had during my stay were answered very quickly. Local shop within walking distance for anything you might need and a coffee shop which looked very inviting and a must try venue for next time. All-in-all, a wonderfully relaxing stay.

Lovely little place to stay. I'm glad Emma helped with the directions as Google maps found it difficult, but I got there eventually. There are quite a few steep steps down from the parking area to consider but I'm sure Emma will take that into consideration for others who might struggle there. Communication was top notch and extra info.given for the number of a local taxi service. Lovely room with separate ensuite bathroom. Very peaceful setting. Lovely to hear only the birds in the morning. Only a half mile walk into town with all its amenities.

Rosie’s place was **absolutely perfect** in every way! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and right at home. The space was **spotlessly clean**, beautifully decorated, and had everything we could possibly need – from fresh linens and towels to a fully equipped kitchen and super comfy beds. Rosie herself was an **exceptional host**: friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. She gave us great local tips (like her favorite coffee shop downtown!), and was always quick to answer questions. The little touches – like coffee, snacks, and a handwritten welcome note – truly made us smile. The location was **ideal*– quiet, safe, and just a short drive to Peak District . We loved coming back to such a peaceful space after exploring Peak District. **Everything was exactly as described** (or better!) in the listing, and check-in/checkout was seamless. We couldn’t have asked for a smoother or more enjoyable experience. Highly recommend.

Had an amazing time at Holmdene in the Peak District. was perfectly located for all the walking and trips/tours we wanted to do in Castleton. Charlotte & Stuart were wonderful hosts who greeted us warmly on arrival and Charlotte gave us a detailed chat on all the walks we could do tho we didn't get to experience all of them in our short stay due to weather. We had a lovely evening in the pod with friends and we felt very at home in the apartment which was spotless and well equipped for all our needs and we would highly recommend Holmdene to anyone looking to stay in Castleton. we will definitely be back for more visits. my stay was everything I needed, I stayed there 2 years ago and knew what to expect. Surroundings are so peaceful, loft has everything you need, walking distance to horse and jockey. Amanda always responds quickly if there are any issues.

If I could give this place 6 stars I would. I really loved it, and my husband had to tear me away when it was time to leave! Such a beautiful little place - perfect for a peaceful break for a family of 3. Handy for Leeds and York.

whoaw. What an incredible place to stay. Stunning cottage in an absolutely gorgeous setting with easy acces to many walks and places to visit. Spotlessly clean and a fully equipped kitchen with top-notch equipment with extra bonus of fridge and freezer. Jasper our dog was very well looked after and even Paula looked after him whilst we visited Chatsworth house. I loved the alpacas and their cute little voices. This little gem is a must if you vist the Peak District. one of the best if not the best Air B and B. we stayed in and we have been to many. Thanks Paula and Rob for looking after us. We didn't want to leave.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Angus is a fabulous host, warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. His home is absolutely stunning, with decor that’s truly to die for. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, making us feel instantly at home. Wirksworth is a charming village, full of independent shops and cosy cafés. As first time visitors to the Derbyshire Dales, this was the perfect introduction, and we’re already looking forward to returning soon.

Great place to stay for access to Sherwood Forest and surrounding area. Close to shops, pubs and restaurants. Lovely and clean , well equipped property. Private little suntrap .

The house is within a lovely, peaceful place, where you can easily take buses to the Chatsworth house. The studio is super clean, almost spotless and very safe (I’m a female traveler who travels alone and totally feel safe here). Ms Deborah is very nice and she provided milk, cereal, energy bar to make you feel at home:) Definitely recommend!

Beryl and her son are wonderful people ,they are super friendly .I loved the apartment it was sparkling clean and fresh smell ,bed was extremely comfortable. Everything you would need is provided .The garden is fabulous and very dog friendly. The area has lots of great walks ,the nature reserves are wonderful. felt very safe and relaxed and cannot wait to return . Thank you so much Beryl ☺️
