From the shuffleboard & frisbee golf outside to the board games or Nintendo switch indoors, or even the massage chair, we have you covered. This property is also highly utilitarian, you can pull in an RV and plug into its own separate 60 amp circuit, charge your electric vehicle here, or make use of the deep freezer if you’re on a hunting trip. And that’s not all but I’ve run out of characters!

Classic farmhouse on 20 acres, no cleaning fee!

Peaceful country living 10 minutes from downtown Roswell, NM. This twenty-acre farm features 100s of pecan trees, grassy pastures, native flora, a pond, and an old stucco farmhouse sitting in the middle of it all. With the help of a Deere tractor, several equine friends (big and small), wild growth is kept under control. There's a good chance you'll see native fauna, from turtles and wild turkeys to dragonflies and great blue herons (depending on the season). Bring your binoculars!

Home is directly across from Cielo Grande Park Loop walking trail, and near two public golf courses, a new aquatic center, large public parks, and an open space nature area. Everything in the home has been updated within the last five years, and the beds are incredibly comfortable. Parking for oversized vehicles is available on site. Well behaved pets welcome.
