Paola was very nice and very helpful to us. There were 10 of us and we had a great time as the house is beautiful, very complete and spacious. We had a wonderful New Year's Eve with friends and would love to come back. Thanks Paola for the flexibility in check-in time and availability to help us with the decorations. Super recommended!

We thought the home was fantastic and close to everything we wanted to see. Marina gave great recommendations for food. The home was very clean and quiet and has great amenities.

Beautiful, cozy, and charming place. You feel at home. The hosts are here to help. Dog people are very quiet. They won't come to you unless you want to. They can't get into the house. If you are afraid of dog, they would keep your distance; if you love to play with dog, they would be friends with you.

Great find, right in the centre of the city. A wonderful choice for where to spend your days in Venice.

(Tip: Line 7 to go to Venice and back, or 7E) Remember to take your bus ticket at the airport or train station, for the next day's journey. Pizzeria right next to the accommodation. Our stay was great!! Alessandro was kind enough to pick us up from the train station. He showed us maps of where to go and had restaurant recommendations. He gave us a tour around the house. There is a beautiful lawn that we could use. The house is very spacious, private and within 15 minutes walking distance to everything. Well appointed kitchen. We enjoyed our stay here very much.

Great location near the Biennale, but away from the tourist crowds. Marco was very friendly and responsive. Would recommend to anyone going to the Biennale or a quiet place 10 mins from central Venice

The place is immaculate- in pristine condition, very clean. It is a very comfortable apartment with lots of big windows! Very cosy bed to spend peaceful nights. You will feel very safe there. All amenities you will possibly need. The kitchen is really good to cook. A very big bathroom. I love the location so much with wonderful Campo Di Santa Margherita where I was buying fresh bread, flowers, berries and veggies early in the morning observing locals passing by to their studies, work, walking with their dogs, buying newspapers and so on. You can go anywhere from that place or just stay there enjoying Dorsoduro. A lot of absolutely wonderful museums in the area. Ca Rezzonico became my favorite - the collection, the palazzo itself! La Fenice theater is absolutely stunning. I was taking public water transport easily to the other parts of Venice like Giudecca. And a water taxi to the airport. Matteo and Raffaella, very warm people, were so kind to me. I was very happy there. Thank you

The accommodation is beautiful and located in a very quiet area – perfect for switching off and relaxing. The entire complex is reminiscent of the Tuscan landscape and exudes a wonderful, Mediterranean atmosphere. Despite several parties, there is a lot of privacy here, which we greatly appreciated. Everything was very clean, well maintained and lovingly designed. A small point deduction: the kitchen could be a little better equipped. Otherwise, it was an all-round successful stay – we will be happy to come back!

We really enjoyed a chilled out week at Luisa’s house. The property itself is exactly as per the photos - modern and sleek design, a lovely swimming pool and wonderful outdoor space (especially for our dog, though to begin with they were very curious of the peacocks and hens in the neighbouring field that you also have access to, which you can view from the windows/fence 🙂). We felt really relaxed and at home there. The walk into town is around 20 minutes, where you can find restaurants, bars (nearest is called Ae Poste 3.0 😉) and a supermarket. Luisa was an accommodating host, only next door if you needed anything, and provided us with some helpful recommendations for the local area and Venice and Treviso for day trips. All in all, we’d have no hesitation to recommend and would love to return!

We had a wonderful stay, great location, modern amenities, everything you need. Beach only 5 min away, great shopping, great pool. Markus was always available and was very helpful the whole time

We had a wonderful time at Adriana's cottage! Both Adriana and Eugenio were very friendly and welcoming. We felt immediately at home! The cottage itself is very roomy and looks exactly like pictured. Everything was very tidy and clean. The garden is gigantic and our dog had a lot of fun exploring and playing here. In the immediate vicinity there is a pizzeria (Surli) that has the best pizza we ever had in our lives! Highly recommended! Anything from Venice to Treviso and Padua is very easy to reach by car and there are a lot of opportunities for day trips. In the immediate surrounding of the house it is however not ideal to go for long walks. There's a road with no walkway and you can't go very far crossing the surrounding fields. That was however the only small downside to an otherwise wonderful vacation with lovely hosts at a wonderful location.

This was a great place to dip in and out of the hustle and bustle of Venice while having some space to relax. Especially with a toddler it was really nice to have all the outdoor space and amenities - he was way more interested in the sandbox and trampoline than canals.

We highly recommend this place. Very very friendly and attentive hosts. The apartment was very clean and maintained. We, including our dog, felt very comfortable and will certainly live there again. It was just perfect.

What a cute and comfortable place in the quiet mostly car free part of the city with an easy walk to everything. Fantastic hosts with great communication and who obviously give a lot of thought and care to make your stay easy and enjoyable. Will stay here again next time I’m visiting Chioggia.

2 days of tranquility is what we sought, and found in Paolo's house, a super helpful, nice, and very kind host. Our 5-year-old son kept asking: "When is Mr. Paolo coming?"😁 The house is very clean, and in a very quiet area. We really appreciated the fact that we were provided with pure cotton towels, the hotel type for each member of the family. The mattresses are very comfortable. The only flaw of this place was the mosquitoes (being a house in the countryside, very annoying) but with citronella candles I think you can solve it and you can enjoy the large lawn that is around it🏠. Thanks for❤️. We'll be back for sure!!!

We had a great time, the apartment is perfect, clean, spacious, all the comforts, the environment is quiet and has a view of the lagoon and an exceptional sunset. If you want a relaxing vacation in an enchanting setting, I recommend it with the added bonus of a private and wild beach with very few people that we reached by boat 50 m from the apartment. We loved staying here - our little boy (21 months) really enjoyed the huge garden space, playing hide and seek and just having fun. The space is even better than the photos suggest - it was quite idyllic. Very easy to access Venice by public transport and to drive to other locations. Lots of hidden gems in the area, and a great place to visit. A big thank you to Alberto for being a really lovely host.

Very nice apartment with attention to detail, having only stayed two nights it was perfect, with more days of stay I would recommend a wardrobe so as not to have to use the drawers, but we are really talking about details, because it really has everything you need and is of good quality

The experience in Giuliano and Filomena's house was truly extraordinary, both for the very clean apartment, spacious for a family of 3 and equipped with everything you need (there are even two kitchens with lots of utensils); however, the added value lies in the extreme friendliness and courtesy of the owners, attentive to every small thing, always available for every need and so related to their territory to make our little vacation a real journey of discovery of the magnificent territory of the Delta. The village of Pila is then practically the last outpost before the sea, a quiet fishing village surrounded by wild and fascinating nature, in the perfect location to explore both the Venetian and Romagna sides of the mouth of the Po.
