The house consists of kitchen/living room with wood-burning stove, 2 bedrooms and a newly renovated bathroom from 2023 with sauna. One bedroom has a double bed and the other has two bunk beds with 4 sleeping places. Outside there is a large sunny terrace, and a large lawn with 2 football goals.

"Cold Hawaii inland" About 4 km from very scenic activity park and a little further south is the very famous Skyum mountains, with wonderful hikes, really beautiful. The village and grocery store is 1 km up the road, the local fishing harbour is a similar stroll away, and the North Sea with its sandy beaches and dunes can be reached by a 4 km drive, cycle or walk.
