Jane was very friendly and house is exactly as the description and the pictures. Is located in a very calm area. You definitely need a car to get to any shop or the city of Montegiorgio. The pool is really great and regularly cleaned. House is very comfortable and has fulfilled all our needs. It was very clean at our arrival. We enjoyed the view over the hills of the area of Montegiorgio. Tipps of Jane for the restaurants have been very useful and accurate. We enjoyed a lot our stay in Casa Isabela

Me and my friends had a great time at Carlo's villa, it felt really comfortable and Carlo himself was amazing (even giving us a lift when we missed a bus.) The garden and the pool were really nice and being able to get fresh eggs from the chickens was a nice surprise. We got to the villa quite late at night and pretty hungry so we were relieved to see some ingredients, some bottles of water and a bottle of wine there waiting for us to help us settle in. We had a lot of really good interactions with Carlo and even invited him over for a drink one day to say thanks for being such a good host. The next time we go back to visit our family down there we'll definitely look to book Casa Paterna again.

Our stay was exactly what we were looking for: a holiday full of relaxation and nature. The place, surrounded by greenery, was perfect for us and our dog, who really appreciated the outdoor space. We especially loved the small loggia, ideal for quiet breakfasts and relaxing evenings, enjoying the serene atmosphere and view. Valentina and her family were exceptional hosts, extremely welcoming and helpful from the first contact. They made us feel at home right away and the communication was always impeccable. The place was clean, small but comfortable and perfectly matched the description, providing everything needed for a pleasant stay. The location is ideal for those looking for peace and quiet, with the opportunity to take walks and immerse themselves completely in the beauty of the Marche landscape.

The villa was absolutely gorgeous! Cristiano was a very helpful host with local recommendations and being very responsive. The pool and gardens were beautiful. Our eight month crawled up his first set of stairs while there - will be a memory that stays with us. Also there was an excellent music collection you could play and a beautiful kitchen to cook in!

we have ha a great stay. unfortunately there were works going on at the house next door. due a miscommunication the gardener did pop up to do the grass 3 hours of noice. for the rest location is superb. people in Pontano are really friendly.

It was just a perfect stay! The house is huge and in a great location. For my tribe finally reunited with 4 scrambled children it was a holiday of absolute freedom. After the morning at the sea, for them there was the afternoon in the pool under the olive trees: very happy! I enjoyed the sunrises on the sea and the evening breeze from the balconies that revolve around the house. There is even a bathroom with balcony overlooking the back. With the French door wide open, it felt like a shower in the trees. Antonello is a welcoming and helpful host and made us feel comfortable. A small internet connection issue was resolved immediately. Carmine, the person who follows the olive groves, was also very kind and generous to us: he brought us the tool to cook the Abruzzo roasts and gave us wine. Thank you for all the attention and great oil!

What a wonderful place to spend your holiday! Only a 5 min walk from the nearest pebble beach and 15 mins from the sandy beach. 3 minutes to the beautiful bike/walk trail along the coast - fantastic also with small kids. Our kids had their bikes with them and loved to speed along this secure track on the coast. We walked into the nearby village of San Vito Chietino daily to buy bread/fish and seafood and of course ice cream. The house has nearly everything you need - if your missing something let Benjamin know and he'll make sure that you get it. It is quite big and we visitied in Autumn so it was not super warm inside. We ate breakfast and dinner mostly outside, as it was nice to sit outside in the sunshine and enjoy the view of the sea. There is a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer which was very helpful, as it did rain and like this we could dry our things. We really enjoyed our holiday here. Benjamin was a very helpful and understanding host. Thank you.

It was amazing. The pool and view is just incredible. Tina showed us around and even helped me organize a sweet welcome present for my parents. We had everything we needed really loved our stay. Thank you again Tina!

This villa and its surrounding area is absolutely stunning. We had fresh organic tomatoes, figs, pears, peaches and apricots ready to pick and eat, not to mention the wine from Tommaso’s vineyard!! The chickens gave hours of entertainment to the little ones. The villa itself is large with all necessary amenities and the BBQ area a perfect space for al fresco dining. The pool is dreamy, large with spectacular views out to sea. Tomato was a wonderful host, always on hand for any questions and recommendations. We will definitely be back, it’s a fabulous place to relax in the peaceful Italian countryside yet a five minute drive to the beach - perfectto!!

Casa Lola proved to be a fantastic stay. The views from the house are spectacular and the amenities were of a very high standard. We much enjoyed the pool, the large kitchen and the various terraces. A great space for a large group to have a very relaxing holiday. Victoria was extremely helpful with local tips and introductions to some of her neighbours to help us out with various requests (one of her neighbours makes a great lasagne). All in all a great stay, and we might have to repeat the experience sometime.

Stayed at the Lemonvilla while visiting family in Ripatranstone and San Benedetto. The villa was absolutely gorgeous - photos do not do justice. Private and remote feeling (but still close to town) we felt at home staying at the villa. All 7 of us had enough space. Marcus was proactive and accommodating before the trip started - providing recommendations before we arrived. We hope to return!

Highly recommend this home; the owner has done an amazing job with the decor. The photos on-line are a true reflection of this beautiful home. Plus the views are spectacular! Very peaceful. Luisa was very responsive and met us at check in. I requested an iron as we were attending a wedding and our dresses needed a quick press from the luggage. Luisa made it happen.

Giovanni’s place was wonderful for us. The grounds are beautiful and the pool is lovely. The house was tidy and clean and had all that we needed. Giovanni was very friendly and helpful and shared suggestions for local restaurants and outings. There is no stand up shower, however, and this proved challenging to one of the party as he had a foot injury and could not stand up in the tub. We mention this not as a criticism of the house at all, but just to let others know in case of accessibility issues/needs. We had a wonderful stay!

the location is fantastic, a villa immersed in the greenery of the Pescaresi countryside! It is a fairytale place ideal for parties or to stay with groups of friends or families! We had a wonderful family stay at Antonio’s place. The house is spectacular - even better than how it appears in the photos. Well equipped, spotless, spacious with plenty of privacy for each of the bedrooms. The garden and pool are beautiful, we could spent endless hours lounging and swimming. The one drawback guests should be aware of is that there is no AC in any of the bedrooms downstairs (3 out of 6 total), and in the common areas. While we visited a heat wave was hitting EU and specifically Italy. For those of us who had to sleep without AC it was really unpleasant. The downstairs main kitchen and dining room become uncomfortably warm. This might not be a huge issue for some, but for our group at this specific time it was disappointing, especially since the listing mentioned there is an AC in the amenities, without the details that it covers less than 50% of the house. Antonio is a wonderful host who made us feel at home.

Better than the pictures! An amazing property in its own right but also only 10-20 min (driving) from beautiful hilltop towns and beaches with world class pastries, gelato, restaurants. Would absolutely go back.

Welcoming warm host, location was tranquil snd picturesque, lovely welcoming village community. Freshly grown tomatoes on site and a fabulous outdoor pizza oven and barbecue area. Beautiful house in stunning rural surroundings. This is the perfect house for those who want peace and quiet. Host Giampiero is an incredibly sociable guy who wants to provide the best experience when staying in his house. He responds quickly and fixes what's needed. The only thing I have to postpone on my stay was that it wasn't clear from the listing that there was an external annex with 2 beds. This annex should be upgraded due to a fairly extensive moisture issue. In addition, unfortunately, 8 persons received ear infection during the first week due to poor water quality in the pool. Overall, though, it was an amazing stay where Gianpiero really went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable.

Well, what can I say.. a unique experience! The owners were very kind, we felt right at home. Attention to detail, friendliness, punctuality, availability. The house is beautiful,the rooms are picturesque,the landscape is breathtaking. We will definitely be back!!

Nice accommodation with all necessary facilities, a big garden and a magnificent pool. Located in a quiet area with superb views on the surrounding mountains. We truly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it.

Me and my family had a lovely stay at Villa Vittoria and in Colonnella. The house was incredibly big with lots of areas for hangouts, inside and in the garden. Riccardo was easy to communicate with ahead of the trip and very flexible and helpful in general. He gave lots of nice recommendations for us with things to do, see and places to eat. Riccardo had also arranged wine for when we entered the house which was a very kind gesture. We met Laura as well, a very kind and helpful person. All in all, the stay at Villa Vittoria was great - I would definitely recommend this place for families/groups of friends, and I hope to come back again!

Great apartment with lots of space. Raffaele was always available and not only gave us many good tips in advance such as restaurants and shopping facilities, but also brought us by specialties of the area as well as cold drinks (water, wine) and olive oil in advance. The instruction in the apartment was personal and uncomplicated. Special mention should be made of the great beach place with its own, very large, permanently installed umbrella and 4 loungers in the beach section opposite (2 min. walk), as well as the private pool, both of which are only available for your own use and free of charge. Towels were changed and the apartment cleaned in between! The very clean apartment also includes 4 bicycles with which we liked to drive almost every evening the short distance (20 min/6 km) to Pescara. There is a beautiful city with a pedestrian zone and shops as well as other restaurants. In short, great and thanks to Raffaele!

A week of true relaxation! The house is very cozy, familiar and super well-stocked. The place is wonderful! Bathing with a view of the Sibillini mountains, unparalleled! Excellent location to disconnect from everything. Caterina is very helpful and flexible. We would definitely like to return to the period of flowering of the sunflowers! Highly recommended!

We used Serena's place in a particular context. Indeed, it was a support point for our team that was participating in an international sporting event. We were able to eat there, the athletes rest during the day. The setting is very nice and the house very well maintained. Serena is very friendly and responsive when needed. I recommend Thanks
