Holiday rentals in Roseto degli Abruzzi

On our arrival we were warmly welcomed by Emanuele's brother, Federico. He showed us around the apartment and gave us all the necessary information. The apartment was "sparkling clean" and clean, everything you needed was available. In short, a great place to stay with nothing to complain about. In the "courtyard", or in the outdoor area, our dog was able to move freely after the long drive and we relax comfortably. The location of the property is very close to the sea and many restaurants. We highly recommend this place and thank Emanuele and his two brothers for the hospitality.

The accommodation is perfect, the excellent outdoor space is not necessary to go out for lunch or dinner, you can enjoy the long table where at lunch the shade persists and in the evening the air from the sea is really excellent and excellent accommodation where there is nothing missing from bicycles to appliances

Our stay with Alessandro was simply wonderful. We were warmly welcomed upon arrival – Alessandro is an incredibly friendly and accommodating host. He showed us everything in peace, explained everything exactly and was available at any time for questions. You can tell right away: someone with heart and commitment is here. The place itself was an absolute dream. It is a spacious attic apartment that is easily accessible by elevator - very comfortable. The apartment was spotlessly clean, very nice and tastefully furnished and offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. A very special highlight was the fantastic view that you could enjoy from a very spacious balcony. The view of nature was simply unique - you could see both the sea and the mountains. This combination is rare and has every moment

Marina was very accommodating and friendly and gave us a lot of helpful information. The tip with the bike rental around the corner was valuable, so we could explore the area by bike. We were able to negotiate a reasonable price for the bikes (low season). We will be happy to come back.

The apartment is spacious, COOL, with everything you need to make the most of a beach stay! As a former Rosetana, I know that the town becomes susceptible to parking, but the building was equipped not only with many free parking spaces, but also an underground parking space in the garage! The accommodation has a great pizzeria nearby, as well as a very cool location surrounded by greenery that makes crazy ROASTS 🤤 The beach is accessible via a pedestrian shortcut (150cm high) located a building passing through the railway, otherwise a few crossings further on there is a comfortable underpass that can also be crossed by car (but I suggest that you ride Roseto by bike in summer especially if you really want to enjoy it😁). thank you Nunzia for your hospitality and availability... see you next time! 🌞

Alberto's place is the most thought through Air BnB we've ever stayed in - every detail was considered and we didn't want for anything. The apartment was spotless and a really soft, relaxing vibe, just by the beach. You can tell he enjoys cooking because we had everything we needed for a nice lunch on the balcony. He even spotted it was my husband's birthday and brought us a little sweet surprise! A great place to stay if you're visiting Pescara.

Nicola and his wife were excellent hosts and I felt very comfortable while staying in their apartment. It’s small but it has everything that’s needed for feeling like at home. My sincere recommendation!
