A truly remarkable getaway. Everything as described and more. The 360 view from the rooftop terrace is stunning. Wonderful and responsive hosts, who go above and beyond to make you feel at home. Incredibly clean and comfortable bedrooms too. Would love to return.

Good starting point for bike tours

Since I had a wedding in Pescara, I decided to indulge in some relaxation among the olive trees of Silvi... The house is beautiful and clean, in a relaxing and quiet area! Brunella and Gaetano were kind and helpful hosts, they gave me tips on where to get the best brunch, the nearest beaches and the most interesting places to see in the surrounding area. The hammock overlooking the sea was my favorite part of the house!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Claudio's place. The landlords were extremely friendly and we felt very welcome. The accommodation has everything you need and is located in a quiet environment with a view of the mountains. Many supermarkets and restaurants are easily accessible by car. The parking lot is also easy to reach and directly at the house.

What can I say, everything is perfect ....we found a beautiful place.... I have to go back absolutely, thank you Angelo for every exquisite person

We are still in awe! The place! The atmosphere there! The hosts! We would like to especially thank Gino & Teresa for being sooo welcoming and helpful and helping us have the real authentic Abruzzo experience! They gave us everything we needed for the baby. The place was totally private and only for us, could enjoy being by the pool and enjoy the view to the max. The house is also absolutely beautiful! So simplistic yet well equipped and spotlessly clean! Only felt that a console table of some sort was a bit missing from the entry (to put our keys and small bags and stuff), and also a small table by the pool would have been really handy 😄 Otherwise, really, everything was spot on perfect! It’s like a dream being there! And the outside kitchen area with real stone sink and barbecue area… fantastic! And ohh the donkeys! Our baby loved watching them ☺️ Definitely recommend the place & the hosts! Loved it!

It was a wonderful vacation. The house is not large, but it has everything you need, including high-quality tap water that is safe to drink. There is a beautiful yard where you can relax. Nearby, there is a park, a supermarket, an inexpensive bar, and a pizzeria. The owners are very hospitable and can arrange transportation to/from the airport for a small fee upon prior agreement.

Our stay was incredible! The view is unbeatable. The hosts are such friendly people and went above and beyond our expectations of helping us out. Rosetta and Marco helped me get to where I needed to go and made sure I was safe and sound. They were quick to respond and very helpful with great recommendations. As they said, renting a car is the best bet in this area.

Renovated and very clean apartment, in an old panoramic villa with a large garden around, very well-kept. The apartment also has a nice terrace and convenient parking for the car, in a courtyard with an automatic gate. The place is very quiet and peaceful, just outside a small village, great for relaxing and feeling on vacation. The owner was very welcoming and kind, and also gave us useful directions to the surroundings. We had a great time.

Our experience at this property was extremely positive; Marcello's welcome was undoubtedly perfect; nice, polite and very clear in the directions. The cleanliness of the apartment is perfect; the bathroom is very clean, the bed, sheets and wardrobe are equally so, and this is not a given, as we have unfortunately been able to ascertain in other properties. Well, I wish we could give this experience 10 stars instead of just 5, because our stay at Le Cana far exceeded every expectation. From the incredible scenery to the first-class and well-appointed apartments to the generous wine-tasting and antipasti, everything hit the perfect note for our family of four. Paola and Luca are the consummate hosts, warm and engaging people who went out of their way to ensure that our experience would be unforgettable. And they succeeded more than they know, not just because of their help making dinner reservations at an excellent local agriturismo or their recommendations for running paths and local towns to visit, but because they truly seem to love what they do and it shows in the relationships they build with the people who are fortunate enough to stay. We hope and expect to return one day soon with our friends, so they can share in the magical experience. We could not recommend this place more -- A plus plus. Grazie mille Paola e Luca!!!! =

We stayed here to escape the British winter and we couldn’t have stayed in a better place to both work from and to discover this wonderful part of Italy. Luciano was on hand via messaging, he gave us gifts, cooked for us, dropped a meal in when I was poorly and was all in all the perfect host…without being intrusive. The apartment is a fabulous size, the beds are comfy and there is plenty of room for two people to work…and also good wifi. There are handy supermarkets within a 5 minute walk and larger ones within a 2 minute drive. We’d recommend you have a car to explore the area fully, but there are also plenty of villages close enough to walk/cycle to. For cycling the area is particularly excellent. We loved our time here. Returning is our priority!

We were there for 3 weeks to take a vacation and work. At the beginning, we were warmly welcomed by Nicolas' mother. Our arrival time was totally delayed, but that was no problem for her. The location is great and right on the beach. The place is clean and big. The Internet was stable enough for 2 people in video calls. And our Labrador also felt very comfortable! Alba in October is very quiet and deserted, but perfect for a nice break on the Italian sea and an ideal place to go on many excursions. We had a fantastic stay!

We only stayed one night with Luigi, but we would have liked to have stayed there longer. The apartment is huge, well equipped, very cozy and has many balconies with sea views. Location is quiet. You can quickly walk to the historic village and the castle and also drive quickly to the beach to Grotammare. Just perfect for a stay in the Marche.

Monica is one of the most helpful and friendly hosts you will ever find. Nothing was too much trouble. The apartment was spotless and Monica has thought if everything a guest may need.

We have had the privilege of staying in Dino's apartment. I find the accommodation homey and welcoming, everything was clean and tidy and had everything we needed for our days in the apartment. Dino was an outstanding host in everything from the initial instructions on how to get there, where to find the parking, etc., until we left the apartment. He was very quick to respond to questions. He also offered us to borrow bikes so we could go a good bit south along the beach promenade. I would like to come back again.

We stayed from May 4th to May 24th. Francesca was so welcoming and kind, truly a wonderful woman. The apartment was very modern and spotlessly clean, with all the amenities anyone would require. The location was fabulous, directly across from the beach and walking distance to fabulous restaurants, shops, cafes and ice cream shops serving delicious gelatos. It was a true dream vacation. Beautifully furnished 3 room apartment where you have everything you need. Cot, high chair and stroller as well as toys were provided. Otherwise, we take everything that was not necessary this time as everything was available.(Shampoo/shower gel/toilet paper/coffee etc) In addition, very modern furnishings and super clean. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, which can be easily reached on foot or by elevator. The balcony is also huge, which goes completely around the apartment so you have a beautiful sea view through the alley and can enjoy the sunset in the evening. The sea is about 50 meters away and it is simply a beautiful sandy beach with a flat entrance so that even small children can have fun in the water. 2 and a parasol are available. The sea is located along a promenade where you have numerous restaurant options. Nevertheless, it is very quiet in the apartment so you don't hear any car noise. Roberto and Sandra were impeccable in everything! My nephew and I felt at home, sunny, empathetic and super helpful people, what can I say, really extraordinary! I highly recommend it, very nice place, very clean house and equipped with all comforts! They recommended places to visit, very good clubs and restaurants in the area! A super stay! Such a beautiful and private location, walking distance to the quaint old town. Very clean, comfortable and spacious. Great hiking in the nearby mountains, delicious walkable restaurants, well equipped kitchen for self catering, and Bruno was a fabulous host. Excellent communication, friendly, and very helpful when we needed some assistance for our car.
