Our stay was incredible! The view is unbeatable. The hosts are such friendly people and went above and beyond our expectations of helping us out. Rosetta and Marco helped me get to where I needed to go and made sure I was safe and sound. They were quick to respond and very helpful with great recommendations. As they said, renting a car is the best bet in this area.

The apartment looked completely fresh. Renovated. Everything that was needed was there. The air conditioning was important, which was extremely pleasant in the heat. Everything looked almost new and super clean. Recommended for four people, not far from the beach and the beach promenade with restaurants. The nearby train station does not bother either. Overall highly recommended.

The accommodation is perfect in all respects. Very spacious, very clean, tastefully furnished. The host and co-host are very friendly and helpful and have provided all the necessary information. They made us feel welcome!

Highly recommended! Recently renovated apartment, consisting of 3 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and large living room. The furnishings are new and refined, in perfect condition. The apartment is really very large and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The entrance is self-contained, so you have all the privacy of the case. I really enjoyed staying here. It is a great starting point from which to explore the surroundings, such as the coast of Trabocchi or Campo Imperatore. Silvia and the others were very nice and always available.

The apartment was clean, with excellent location, on a wlking distance to restaurants, magazines. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Paola's place in Teramo. Paola was a very attentive host and quick to respond.

Great green garden with many different species around you when you stay, silent area! But close to the beach, also nice park way to walk to the center!

The apartment is in a very nice area just a few minutes away from the Lido, which is reachable by car in a few minutes. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and has a very nice balcony to enjoy an aperitif in the evening. There is little Parking in front of the property in the evening, especially so that something to keep in mind . We really loved the apartment. I felt secure. It was very comfortable and in a very good location.

Everything was great, the location, the apartment, the area and Renate also🙂 gave us great tips from leisure activities to restaurant recommendations. The communication was super uncomplicated and excellent. If we go back to the area, we will definitely come back to Renate. Thank you for everything.

Livia's apartment was perfect for our needs, a family with a small child: kitchen equipped with everything you need for its use, brand new and functional bathroom, large room with space necessary for the crib and small outdoor garden equipped with awning along the railing, for greater privacy. Also, very close to the sea, with its well-equipped bathing facilities (3 minutes walk) and the major points of interest in Roseto. The final treat remains our host: Livia is an exquisite person, super helpful and honest, with whom we communicated throughout the duration of our stay, always taking care of our needs and satisfying all our small and big requests. Thank you very much Livia for everything, our first time in Roseto was TOP!

One of my best AirBNB experiences, I slept really well in this lovely apartment. The exterior of the building was quaint and had character but the insides were modern, recently renovated and tastefully decorated. Fontecchio is a small but really charming little village and a great base to explore this corner of Abruzzo. The only thing is that public transport is extremely limited in this kind of rural area so you will have to rent a car if you are thinking of staying in Fontecchio. But otherwise, I rarely give out such great reviews on AirBNB - this is definitely an excellent choice, I truly recommend this place based on my great experience. Every time we encountered a minor issue, Fabrizio and Todd looked into it and took care of it at once, you can't ask for more. Thanks so much for a great holiday.

The apartment is small like described but very clean and functional. I was surprised that it’s located inside a doctors place but that didn’t bother me at all :) there’s a bus running to the central station but it’s far from the beach. However I would recommend the apartment!

The apartment is spacious, COOL, with everything you need to make the most of a beach stay! As a former Rosetana, I know that the town becomes susceptible to parking, but the building was equipped not only with many free parking spaces, but also an underground parking space in the garage! The accommodation has a great pizzeria nearby, as well as a very cool location surrounded by greenery that makes crazy ROASTS 🤤 The beach is accessible via a pedestrian shortcut (150cm high) located a building passing through the railway, otherwise a few crossings further on there is a comfortable underpass that can also be crossed by car (but I suggest that you ride Roseto by bike in summer especially if you really want to enjoy it😁). thank you Nunzia for your hospitality and availability... see you next time! 🌞

Nicola and his wife were excellent hosts and I felt very comfortable while staying in their apartment. It’s small but it has everything that’s needed for feeling like at home. My sincere recommendation!

Wonderful place in the San Grasso region.

Our summer final vacation as a family of 4 in Giulianova was completely successful. The accommodation is modern and has everything you need. The location directly on the sea is great.

What a gem! It's much much better than the pictures show it. the hosts are super friendly, the location is beautiful (but you do need a car obviously to get to places), private jacuzzi and great wi-fi!

Marco was extremely kind, attentive and available. In addition, he is a biker and passionate about mechanics (he drives a 2 CV Charleston and a Harley!!!). His wife is also lovely, and even speaks a little French. A very nice moment. A good pizzeria is 2.5 km away...

I highly recommend this place! The house was spacious and a breathtaking view opened from the windows that left speechless. It is located in the heart of Fermo, near Piazza del Popolo, and just like a small museum it perfectly preserves the style of the eighteenth century. Chiara and her husband were very kind and helpful. The apartment is on the second floor and Chiara's husband helped me bring my luggage both on arrival and departure. Chiara prepared a breakfast cake for me-it was delicious! I felt all the warmth and care with which it was done. It was a real pleasure staying in such a fascinating place.

We were able to spend a wonderful and relaxing time at the La Chiocciola Resort. The rooms were not only cozy, but also always clean, which made our stay all around pleasant. Particularly noteworthy is the warm hospitality of the landlords, who take care of the well-being of their guests in a wonderful way. The furnishings of the living spaces, especially the kitchen, were excellent and left nothing to be desired. We were able to prepare delicious meals and enjoy the time together. Another highlight was the extensive and well-kept garden, which invited you to linger. It was the perfect place to sit back and enjoy nature. A special experience for us was the whirlpool, which offered a welcome relaxation after a long day of exploration. We look back with joy and fond memories on our stay and can fully recommend the La Chiocciola Resort. We will be happy to come back!!!
