A truly remarkable getaway. Everything as described and more. The 360 view from the rooftop terrace is stunning. Wonderful and responsive hosts, who go above and beyond to make you feel at home. Incredibly clean and comfortable bedrooms too. Would love to return.

Amelia and Kevin were very discreet, but they were still in their place if we needed them. The house is wonderful, very nice, clean. There is everything, the kitchen is super equipped, very high quality pots, kitchen robots, glasses and glasses of all kinds. They left us fresh bread, milk, and other things. Also given the temperatures I had asked for fresh water when we arrived and we were satisfied. The rooms are all beautiful, very comfortable beds. The living room with the home teather is an added value. The beautiful infinity pool, lights that create an atmosphere. In short, the photos reflect the reality, on the contrary, being there is even better. If you need to get away from the chaos this place is for you... at night you can't hear a single noise. Thanks to Amalia and Kevin, always smiling and kind. I hope to be back!

Farmhouse nothing short of amazing! Equipped with every comfort, from air conditioning to every possible kitchen utensil, not to mention the extra amenities provided in each bathroom or inside the laundry area. Original, modern, refined and elegant furnishings. Dreamy outdoor space! Breathtaking view, an entire orchard with 100% organic products at our complete disposal. Vincenzo is a discreet and reserved host but always present and available as needed. His tips on activities, restaurants and places to visit in the area are very much appreciated. Upon our arrival he gave us a bottle from a local winery and some excellent Abruzzo oil. Our Golden Retriever loved the outdoor space, super well-kept garden and breathtaking 360º view, spectacular sunrises and sunsets. Perfect solution for those fleeing the chaos of the city and looking for a totally relaxing stay. All that's missing is a nice pool, then it would be the house of dreams! We will definitely be back!

Very peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Right near the beach. Easy street parking nearly always available. Supermarkets close-by. The balcony/outdoor space was great. The bed and pillows were super comfortable, hotel-grade for sure. Each apartment has every single thing you could need or want to be a home-away-from-home. Bathroom out of a magazine, Large TVs, fast internet, all cooking utensils you could possibly need. Even included some extra "goodies" like fruit, juices and coffees for breakfast throughout the week. Host was extremely responsive, quickly addressing anything you may need. Wish I extended my stay honestly! Would've loved to have spent my whole trip here. Thanks for a wonderful stay Marcello!

Excellent apartment, very clean, everything is thought out to the smallest detail, which is very useful and pleasant, everything was necessary. The sea is 10 minutes' walk, supermarkets, various cafes, restaurants are all within walking distance. Even a fish shop with fresh fish and seafood. The owner is always in touch, even when we turned on a lot of electrical appliances a couple of times and the electricity went out, the owner immediately helped to figure it out and turn everything on, although it was a weekend evening. Thank you for your hospitality, understanding and help! We recommend the apartment 100%!

We had a great time at Annalisa and Giuseppe's, who welcomed us in a friendly way to their B&B, perfect for those who love nature and tranquility; the place is very nice, immersed in silence, far from the chaos but at the same time very close to the town of Vasto, which can be easily reached in a few minutes by car. The accommodation is comfortable and welcoming, it corresponds exactly to the description.

We stayed here to escape the British winter and we couldn’t have stayed in a better place to both work from and to discover this wonderful part of Italy. Luciano was on hand via messaging, he gave us gifts, cooked for us, dropped a meal in when I was poorly and was all in all the perfect host…without being intrusive. The apartment is a fabulous size, the beds are comfy and there is plenty of room for two people to work…and also good wifi. There are handy supermarkets within a 5 minute walk and larger ones within a 2 minute drive. We’d recommend you have a car to explore the area fully, but there are also plenty of villages close enough to walk/cycle to. For cycling the area is particularly excellent. We loved our time here. Returning is our priority!

Very clean, well-kept and bright apartment. Central but quiet area, just a few minutes' walk from the station. The house offers all the necessary comforts and the beds are comfortable. We would definitely come back here for the next trip to San Benedetto del Tronto!

Very stately apartment, dated but kept in a beautiful and "refreshed" way recently. There's really nothing missing except for a TV . Mila really provided everything, the kitchen, the bathroom and the super equipped rooms, all with new things. Amazing terrace with breathtaking views. Unfortunately, the stay was short. I hope to go back.

Location is superb. Apartment is small and comfortable. There are some steps to get to the apartment and some steps within. Also some ceiling is low. All fine for people of normal height with no disabilities. We completely enjoyed our stay and recommend Fabio and this place. Thank you

Beautifully furnished 3 room apartment where you have everything you need. Cot, high chair and stroller as well as toys were provided. Otherwise, we take everything that was not necessary this time as everything was available.(Shampoo/shower gel/toilet paper/coffee etc) In addition, very modern furnishings and super clean. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, which can be easily reached on foot or by elevator. The balcony is also huge, which goes completely around the apartment so you have a beautiful sea view through the alley and can enjoy the sunset in the evening. The sea is about 50 meters away and it is simply a beautiful sandy beach with a flat entrance so that even small children can have fun in the water. 2 and a parasol are available. The sea is located along a promenade where you have numerous restaurant options. Nevertheless, it is very quiet in the apartment so you don't hear any car noise. Roberto and Sandra were impeccable in everything! My nephew and I felt at home, sunny, empathetic and super helpful people, what can I say, really extraordinary! The place was perfect for my daughter and me. We were able to have a relaxing beach day right across the street. Everything was walkable and safe.

What a wonderful lodging for our family of 4 adults! There was everything g we needed and the balcony was the extra perk worth choosing this spot! We enjoyed the easy walk to the beach and having accessible umbrellas and chairs right by us for rent! Large grocery store 5 minutes by car and that was nice! Laurina was such a sweet woman and so willing to make sure we were settled in and happy. Would definitely recommend this for your holiday and we would rent again if in the area!!
