This place is always magical! This is our fourth time here and it's a pleasure to be back. Very comfortable, very well equipped and the location is just perfect. Montie has been a wonderful host from the start. We had a small issue with the plumbing and Montie fixed it in less than 30 minutes, even though he was traveling out of state. I highly recommend staying here!

My wife and I, along with our 2 young adult sons, drove from Canada to spend some time in Pasadena. J's condo was perfect for us. We really felt at home there and enjoyed being in close proximity to our good friends who we were visiting. Being from the country, it was also a treat to be within walking distance to restaurants and some food chains that we don't have in our hometown in Canada. While there, we had the pleasure of meeting J's family. Wonderful people who made us all feel very welcomed. When we return to Pasadena, we hope J's condo will be available as we would stay there again in a heartbeat. Thank you J and family for being so kind to our family as well as for making our stay in Pasadena so comfortable. We look forward to seeing you again.

Perfect space for our Disneyland vacation (myself, husband, and two adult sons). Spacious, comfortable, and close walk to Downtown Disney! Median between the one-way north and south directions on Walnut Street made it easy to cross and get to Magic Way! Decorations adorable and lots of toys amenities for younger children! Great to be able to enter Disneyland via Monorail and avoid crowds at front entrance! Would definitely stay here again!

We originally planned to stay for a month but my house was not ready to move in, so extended for 2 more weeks. Wilson & Leona are great hosts, very friendly and always responsive. Their place is very quiet, clean and safe in a gated community. Great location, walking distance to an Asian plaza nearby, Pizza Hut, KFC and CVS also available in that plaza. On weekends, you can enjoy shopping at a fair market just outside the Nogales high school, which is just located across the street, not mention Mexican BBQ also available there on weekend nights! Last, lots of Chinese food available nearby and 99 Ranch supermarket just 5 mins drive if you love Chinese cuisine!

Fair price for the rental. Walking distance from Downtown Disney and parks (about 20 minutes).

We stayed here after losing our home in the recent LA wildfires, and are very grateful to have found this place. It was a peaceful and comfortable space during a very difficult time. We really loved having a backyard and two beautiful trees out front. Our toddler was very entertained by the sandbox and the pine cones around the house. The neighborhood was great — it’s quiet and family-friendly, with a beautiful park nearby that was perfect for our toddler. Our host Chelsea was very flexible and understanding of our situation — we truly appreciate her willingness to work with us and accommodate our needs. Thank you for hosting us and opening your home when we needed it most.

Alex’s house was great! The house was super clean and in overall great shape, you can see it was recently renovated. It is also very well equipped with everything you need in the kitchen and in the bathrooms. House feels really safe as it is gated and the parking is also inside of the gates. Location was also very good for visiting LA as it is central and only a couple of minutes away from Koreatown. Would definitely recommend and book again when in L.A

My family stayed here for a Disney trip and it was well worth it . It was only 17 minutes away from the park and it fit all 9 of us. Although it does have a lot of stairs. I would definitely stay here again

Charmmy's condo is a gem. Big and spacious. Modern. Clean. For a family of 3 we had more than enough room. And the garage spot below the unit made it so easy to assemble in the morning or unload the car after a run to the grocery. The beds were comfortable, the coffee machine looks like it is brand new and the 2nd bedroom w/ en suite bathroom was my daughter's favorite quarters during our multi-stop tour of AirBnBs this past month. We really appreciated the hospitality and Charmmy was very quick to answer any questions during our stay.

We had a great time staying here! Everything was exactly as described, and the place was clean and well-equipped. The utensils provided were perfect for cooking, and the coffee machine was a pleasant surprise—everyone loved it. Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy. I was initially concerned about parking, but with a bit of care, we were able to comfortably fit two cars in the allocated space. Overall, a fantastic stay!

I loved this Airbnb! The place is super cute, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed. The host was generous with towels and made the stay really comfortable. Just a heads-up: the house is actually four floors, which wasn’t clear in the listing—so be prepared for a lot of stairs. But overall, I’d definitely stay again!

We were so fortunate to have found this lovely townhouse which was in close proximity to our family. It was exactly as described and has a beautiful view of the city during the day and city lights at night. Alfonso and Liz couldn’t have been better hosts! They were so accommodating to our needs and quick to respond to any question we had. I only wish we could have met them in person to give them each a big hug.

Julia was a great host as she was very accommodating and quick to respond. The place was clean and exactly as it appeared in the photos. Check in process was easy. I also liked that the area was gated as it felt more secure. The location was convenient as it was central to everything. I would definitely recommend this place.

This place was perfect for family and kids- had all the things needed for a 1.5 and 3.5 year old. They enjoyed the toys and high chairs needed for eating. We loved how homey and cozy it was. Great location and felt private and safe. Great for access to Santa Monica and Venice and LA for good food and beach days. Would definitely stay here again when need to be in area.

loved how close dtf was and many, many other stores. the neighborhood is quiet and pretty friendly, my mom made friends with all the neighbors lol. it provided what we needed and if we had any issues, such as tiny issues with the wifi, Michelle responded quickly and promptly. enjoyed our stay!

What an amazing stay! Truly a beautiful home in a wonderful location. The view from the balcony of Silver Lake and the city was absolutely breathtaking. I spent countless hours out there enjoying it. Such an amazing location too, so many great restaurants and cafes nearby. A great quiet neighborhood too. Very peaceful at night. I slept so well on the great comfy bed too. All in all 10 on 10! I would very happily stay here again. Can't recommend well enough.

Jason bnb was amazing had a very calm peaceful and private aspect, we had an issue with the lights outside but he was able to fix the issue within the hour which was amazing. The location was even better especially with what we had in mind since everything was decently close. I really would come back here again whenever I do visit LA again.

I took my parents to visit Pasadena and stayed at Vivian’s place. We felt right at home. The townhouse was a little challenging to upstairs and downstairs, so the bedroom on the first floor was a little difficult to use. Other than that, everything was great. Vivian was very responsive and always answered the message quickly and helped answer our questions. The location is excellent, very walkable to many shops and restaurants. It is quiet at night too. Overall we had a good time!

This is the best place we’ve stayed in California, the house is wonderful, the surroundings are picturesque, the infrastructure around is perfect. Kitchen has everything you need, all is extremely clean and cosy. The highest rate, 10 out of 10! I definitely recommend everyone to stay at Sulma’s house, she is an outstanding host and wonderful woman. Thank you so much, we’ll come back for sure. Guests from Europe 🙂
