Our modern apartment has a terrace with a spectacular view over lake Wörthersee and the Karawanken Mountains, close to the Velden train station & A2 Süd Autobahn. The building is situated next to the forest, where you can make wonderful hikes. There are three lakes in the nearest surroundings where you can do all kinds of watersports. Velden am Wörhtersee has a lot to offer: shops, restaurants, terraces and a casino. Italy and Slovenia reachable in 30 minutes by car. You will never get bored.

This includes a beautiful, spacious bedroom, a small kitchen and bathroom that is used on your own.

The amenities include a kitchen, bedroom, shower, toilet, terrace and a beautiful garden. The Wörthersee-Rosental tourism region offers numerous cultural and sporting excursion opportunities: In the surrounding area are: Klagenfurt, Villach, Velden am Wörthersee, the Drau Cycle Path. Slovenia (Bled) or Italy (Tarvis) are also worth a trip.

Small apartment for 2 people. Wide doors, shower and toilet barrier-free, well suited for older or health-impaired people. Car can be parked directly in front of the entrance door. Optionally also suitable for wheelchair users. The apartment is located directly at Rosenbach train station. Access to all public transport is right at your doorstep. Nevertheless, very quiet and secluded location. 12 km to Velden Wörthersee, 12 km to Faakersee.

The self-contained residential unit is located in the garden wing of a Mediterranean-style private house just ten minutes from Klagenfurt and Lake Wörthersee. My apartment is simple but cozy and offers enough space for 5 people. It is very quiet and it has everything in it that makes the vacation pleasant. The beautiful Lake Hafner can be reached in 20 minutes on foot via a forest path! Lake Keutschach and Lake Wörthersee are minutes by car.

Check-in was easy. Apartment was clean and looked exactly like the pictures. 10 minutes away from the lake - location was very good, you could always find nice paths to walk. Would definitely recommend!

Really nice place to access the lake district. The house is beautifull with an epic terrace with view on the valley (not on the lake). Easy access to several trekkings all around. Velden is a very nice little village too, shame about Villach wich is a completely dead city - nothing to do at all.. except for the Spa.

It was wonderful to see the lake immediately in the morning, from the room and from the balcony. All the animals on and in the lake. I was even lucky enough to see a beaver swimming by several times. We moved the table to look at the lake while eating. The blue-green water, beautiful. At the time, it was also not very busy, so the house was quiet. The covered parking space nearby is also good. A small shop and a restaurant are within walking distance. Overall, had very nice days. Had nice hikes. Unfortunately, a boat trip did not work (stop within walking distance), but water skiers and sailboats were also on the way. Thank you for the wonderful time
