The cabin is located freely, little transparency, has good sun conditions and views of the mountain and Savalsjøen. Nice hiking trails both on foot, skiing and by bike. Saval Lake great for swimming, fishing/fishing, canoeing. The light trail right on the outside of the cabin. 5 min by car to ski resort, ice skating rink and Nissehuset/hotel. 15 min to walk. The field has road barrier; 80 NOK drive in, pay via app.

Located on a beautiful peninsula with swimming opportunities in the summer and ski slopes outside the door in the winter. 2 bedrooms with 2 and 4 beds, a large living room and kitchen with dishwasher, dining areas in the living room and kitchen. Bathroom with washing machine. Spacious hallway. Terrace and gorgeous and sheltered patio. Extremely nice location and view in a cozy cabin with "soul" . Animals not allowed.

Modern cottage on Småsetran

Newly renovated (2020/21) cabin on Småsetran with great views of Røros and walking distance to shops, restaurants and museums in Røros. Smallsetran is located in the protected part of Røros and is therefore part of the cultural heritage. The cabin has all the comforts, large kitchen (with dishwasher), large bathroom (with washing machine and dryer), fireplace, sofa and 3 bedrooms with space for five/six people. In winter, just buckle up your skis outside the door and walk straight up the slope to Avholdshytta and Skåkåsen.

We are a family renting out our cabin. The cottage sleeps up to 12 people; a couple, small or large family, small children and older children. Short way to the forests and fields. Only 3 km and 40 minutes walk away from cozy Røros city center. The cabin has a 3rd bedroom inside, two of which have a family bunk with room for the 3rd, and a room with a double bed and a baby cot. The annex has 2nd family bunk beds for 6. In order to keep the rental price, we want you who borrow the cabin to wash yourself.

Drive way to the front door, along the dead end towards great trail network and hiking terrain at the end of the cul-de-sac and otherwise nearby.

In the winter one can also put on your skis for a cross country ski trip or "ski in and out" down to Ålen Ski Center. The cabin is fully equipped for a nice weekend.
