Newly renovated (2020/21) cabin on Småsetran with great views of Røros and walking distance to shops, restaurants and museums in Røros. Smallsetran is located in the protected part of Røros and is therefore part of the cultural heritage. The cabin has all the comforts, large kitchen (with dishwasher), large bathroom (with washing machine and dryer), fireplace, sofa and 3 bedrooms with space for five/six people. In winter, just buckle up your skis outside the door and walk straight up the slope to Avholdshytta and Skåkåsen.

The cabin consists of 4 bedrooms with two double beds, a family bunk and a bunk bed. Large dining table with space for 8 persons. Cozy couch corner in front of TV. A small loft for the little ones.

Kort vei til fiske og isfiske. Kajakker og båt med motor kan leies! Hytta inneholder gang, bod med tørkemuligheter, fire soverom, lys og luftig stue med åpen kjøkkenløsning og spisestue. Stor hems med gåhøyde! Panoramautsikt over Savalsjøen, Gråvola og Rødalshøa. Hytta har stor platting og badstue.

In the winter one can also put on your skis for a cross country ski trip or "ski in and out" down to Ålen Ski Center. The cabin is fully equipped for a nice weekend.
