The accommodation is located in the village of the ancient hamlet of Montericco di Albinea, near the medieval castle of Montericco, from which you can overlook the Po Valley. Just 2 km from the center of the village and just 15 minutes from the city center of Reggio Emilia. It is a landmark, completely renovated: consisting of the first floor, kitchen and living room, an entrance and on the second floor a bathroom with shower and a double bedroom. It has a covered space for bikes and motorcycles.

The accommodation with independent access from the garden, used by guests for outdoor breakfasts, consists of 2 rooms: the living area for preparing breakfast (no cooker) equipped with: fridge, electric oven, coffee machine, kettle, milk warmer, table and sofa; the large double bedroom (16 sqm) with exclusive bathroom.
