The house is peacful and in the heart of this beautiful Tuscan village, if you want to explore the region this is a perfect retreat for a weekend or longer. We are 50 minutes from Pisa airport on the SS12 route. The location is perfect for summer or winter. In summer you can reach the sea, in winter ski in the hills. All year round you can explore the region by foot, bicycle, motorcycle or car.

The house was an old barn now restored with 2 apartments ,an agri-restaurant on the lower floor not of our management, immersed in the green of Lunigiana with a large garden in front of you. It consists of 1 double bedroom,a bathroom with shower,a living room with TV , an equipped kitchen,a barbecue in the private fenced area in front of the door of the house and parking. The pool and outdoor garden are shared with the adjacent apartment.
