Brian was too notch! A couple very very minor hiccups but he is In the top 1% of communication !! You will glad you chose Brian’s place for all the obvious good things but if anything remotely isn’t right HE IS ON IT! Nice work Brian hope to stay again soon

Highly recommend! This was a great place to stay! We came from the Charleston area to bury my sweet momma. This was exactly what the family needed. It's a very relaxing and well laid out home. Perfect if you have kiddos as well! Thank you, Pam and will definitly stay with you again in the furture.

Me and my family have a great experience in this place, everything was clean and Lisa was helpful, I really recommend this place but get there early no like me that I arrived at 10:00 pm and my kids just enjoyed just the hot tub, they miss the swimming pool but maybe next time we can enjoy everything. thank you Lisa.

TOP TIER! My husband and I decided to go on an impromptu getaway for our anniversary. Because it was so last minute, we expected all the “good spots” to be booked. We came across Dave’s spot and thought it was too good to be true. It was everything that we needed and more. It was so tranquil and quiet, and there was adequate parking for our boat. The hosts were so hospitable and left little room for confusion. It’s as if they anticipated our questions before we had them. My family and I lodge in Cedar Bluff quite often to fish, and we have never found such a beautiful spot with so many amenities. We look forward to bringing our children back this summer to enjoy the pool and games.

Perfect space for our weekend stay. Our pups loved the yard, my husband enjoyed using the fire pit and I enjoyed the quietness in the evenings. Everything was just as described, very very clean, and the hosts were amazing with communication. Highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a nice stay close to the lake!

We had an amazing getaway! The home is beautifully built with attention to detail—every corner felt special and unique. The furniture was very comfortable, and the bathrooms had everything we needed. The showers were spacious, and the kitchen was fully stocked, making it easy for us to cook and enjoy meals during our stay. We loved taking several walks around the well-kept property, visiting the animals on the farm, and simply soaking in the peaceful natural surroundings. It was the perfect escape. Downtown Ellijay is just a short drive away and is a charming town to explore. The hosts were fantastic—friendly, responsive, and thoughtful. The check-in process was seamless, and their local recommendations were spot-on. We didn’t need to reach out for anything during our stay because everything was so well-prepared and easy. While the pictures of the property are stunning, it’s somehow even more beautiful in person. We would love to come back. Highly recommend this gem of a place!

Perfect cozy, quiet cottage with the best porch! Got lucky and had rain the entire time, there is nothing like a storm on a tin roof. Felt private even with neighbors. Would love to stay again!

A wonderful modern and well-styled home on a peaceful one just outside of Mentone. Wish we would have had more time to rest and relax at the home. This home is Lovely!!!! The views are amazing and I love that there is Day beds so I could watch the water before I napped. Though the weather wasn’t great we made the most of it fishing off the dock. I even got in the water to sun bath on the provide water tub Sandra had. There is a GORGEOUS waterfall near by that we ventured off to and more areas to fish. Grilling was a breeze aswell Everything you need is at this home! SWEET HOME ALABAMA 😊

This spot is a hidden gem! The view in the back was absolutely beautiful and it was close enough to town that we could easily go where we wanted but far enough out that it was quiet and peaceful. The overall atmosphere was just great. I cannot recommend enough. We will definitely be staying again in the future!

Stayed here with a large family group for graduation at Berry College. It’s as described. Well stocked and plenty of room. Convenient to Rome and Berry and Cedartown is even closer for food and stores. I’d definitely stay again with a group. Sharon was very helpful and responsive. Great spot!

We really enjoyed staying at the cabin. The location was private, quiet, and felt safe. We loved the dog that visited; she was so sweet. Our kids loved the zip line and a place to make s’mores. I loved having the hot tub and the birds singing in the morning and evening. There are other cabins close by but we never saw or heard anyone. Just a 40min drive to Chattanooga. We really enjoyed our visit!

Our stay here was everything we hoped for and more. The house was spotless, comfortable, and private. Even though it was on a street in a residential neighborhood, this home is far enough down the driveway and surrounded by woods, so it felt like we were in our own little paradise. Best of all, access to local hiking trails and parks was just minutes away. If we ever make our way back to Fort Payne, we will certainly try to stay here again. It was an amazing weekend!

This lake house was such a great find. It’s absolutely beautiful and so so very peaceful. My family and I will for certain be back here. The host was always friendly and very helpful. The neighbors are excellent and so so kind. The neighborhood here is very peaceful. Thank y’all for sharing your home with us. Lord willing we will be back early fall.

Very clean & a great place to unwind after traveling to nearby bike parks. Kara was very responsive and quick to resolve any needs. We bought our own cleaning supplies to tidy up after ourselves… not sure how past guests got by on soap and fabric stain remover… hmm…

We had a great trip! We have five children under seven years old, so it can be hard to find a place to stay that has great amenities and space for the kids to run and play safety. The house was comfortable and minimalistic so it made it easy to find things, but still looked beautiful. The creek was amazing, especially if you have children who like to explore and play. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a simple and peaceful getaway.
