Excelente espacio para llegar a reposar y descansar después de turistear en el centro de la Ciudad. Definitivamente regresaré cuando mi estadía por el centro sea prolongada.

¡Mónica es una host increíble! Muy accesible y atenta siempre a lo que necesitamos desde el primer día de nuestra estancia. Procura tener el departamento con todas las comodidades que necesitamos para sentirnos en casa, además de darnos excelentes recomendaciones de lugares a visitar cerca. Sin duda, de las mejores experiencias que he tenido en Airbnb.

Paty's place is a comfortable and charming apartment in the heart of Condesa. The location is ideal - a 12 minute walk to Chapultepec Park, short walks to plenty of restaurants, cafes, and ice cream parlors - and conveniently situated on a broad avenue that was surprisingly quiet. The living space was pleasant and spacious with a small balcony to enjoy coffee or have some fresh air. Paty was very responsive and provided helpful recommendations and instructions. We would stay here again on a future trip!

Excelente ubicación, el edificio tiene entretenimiento para niños pequeños y el departamento tiene buena distribución y es cómodo para familias con niños

We really enjoyed this apartment with the incredible view. We love the neighborhood and found many great restaurants that were walkable or a short Uber away. We would stay at Laura’s place again and recommend to others.

I completely enjoyed my 10 week stay at Maria Luisa's apartment. The Roma Norte location was perfect and the walk to my language school was beautiful, much of it on Av Amsterdam. I enjoyed morning coffee on the balcony watching birds in the lovely trees screening the balcony from the street. The building is secure and the neighborhood felt safe. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly. I had some confusion about the TV which was my fault for not realizing the "smart TV" listing meant being connected to the internet for Netflix etc. but without cable to receive local TV channels. Once I understood that, everything was fine. The apartment was comfortable and full of natural light. The shower was great, no issues with water pressure or hot water. I would recommend this apartment and stay there again.

Beautiful, spacious apartment filled with natural light in an amazing location. Host was so attentive and responsive when we needed one of the bathrooms looked at. Highly recommend!

Amazing stay! Amazing location, new and amazing amenities. Gym, pool, coworking space you name it, they had it. We have a 5 month old and he loved the play room downstairs. Overall great experience and great stay.

Todo estuvo excelente. El lugar es tal cual se muestra en las fotos: moderno, muy limpio, con buena privacidad y wifi rápido. Cuenta con seguridad en la entrada, lo cual da tranquilidad. La zona es silenciosa y segura, y está bien conectada al transporte público. Está a unos 15 minutos del Autódromo y del Estadio GNP, así que es ideal si vas a algún evento. El anfitrión fue muy atento y nos dio buenas recomendaciones. Sin duda una muy buena opción para quedarse por esta zona.

We had an incredible stay in this beautiful home! The space was comfortable, stylish, and perfectly located in the heart of Condesa—a street that feels like a little bubble of peace and luxury. The tree-lined streets, lush parks, and endless cafés make it such a joy to explore, and so much is within walking distance. It was the perfect place to return to after a day of wandering through Mexico City. Our host was communicative, welcoming, and made everything easy from start to finish. Highly recommend this stay for anyone looking for a serene yet vibrant home base in CDMX!

Muy agradables y atentos en todo momento.

Roberto was proactive, extremely helpful, responsive and helped to coordinate a taxi to and from the airport. He was even able to accommodate an earlier check-in and later check-out when our flights were delayed. The apartment was cozy, clean and the balcony with the hammock is a beautiful touch. Loved that there was 24-hour security. The place was exactly as described and located in a great neighborhood, not too far from everything that CDMX has to offer. I would definitely recommend staying here! We had such an amazing time. Thanks, Roberto!

Recomendadísimo!!!!. Angel y su esposa estuvieron al pendiente todo el tiempo, incluso llamando de ser necesario, no tardaban nada en responder, lo cual agradecemos muchísimo por qué nos dió más seguridad. Ubicado muy cercas del metro y del estadio GNP, fue Ideal para pasear e ir al estadio GNP sin gastar mucho en transporte (nos fuimos caminando) El lugar es bastante privado y seguro. Nos fuimos por la calle de la gasolinera, por el puente peatonal, así es más fácil llegar al estadio y está bastante transitado ;). El lugar es tal cual en las fotos, y te dan muchas amenidades y facilidades, no te va a faltar nada. Definitivamente volvería a hospedarme aquí. Solo a considerar: Está en un quinto piso, se sube por escaleras. No hay abanico, pero no tendrás calor, abriendo las ventanas tuvimos que hasta taparnos. Fue una muy grata experiencia, y no tuvimos ningún problema, definitivamente no dudes en elegir este lugar.

El lugar estuvo muy bien, tal y como en las fotos, al momento de ingresar y salir todo muy bien, las indicaciones claras, Mónica siempre al pendiente, y nos ayudo bastante, siempre estaba al pendiente de si ocupábamos algo, recomiendo totalmente el lugar

Me encantó la ubicación, la estación del metro Tacubaya está a 10 minutos caminando y justo afuera pasan colectivos que te dejan en la avenida en 3 minutos. Buena ubicación, de fácil acceso y mucho transporte para moverte. El lugar está limpio, el personal es muy amable, el desayuno sencillo pero muy rico.

Cosas más positivas: - Cerca de barrios con cosas para hacer, cómo Roma Norte o el Centro Histórico. - Buena vista. - Cama cómoda. - Limpio y agradable el apto en rasgos grales. - Flexible para hacer el checkin antes, o cambiar el día de checkout para unos días posteriores. Cosas no tan positivas: - Si bien el anfitrión solucionó algunas cosas, como hacer el checkin más temprano, lo hizo con condiciones muy poco flexibles, haciendo que uno cambie algunos planes para acudir en una hora demasiado estricta. Tal vez había otras soluciones, como dejar la maleta con alguien de seguridad del edificio. - Demasiada luz permea la cortina del cuarto. Te despierta demasiado temprano. - El anfitrión demoraba algo en responder, y prometió conseguir una plancha que luego no trajo. - Cómo dicen otros comentarios, las sillas del comedor están algo rotas. En rasgos grales: no es mala la relación precio calidad. Se puede caminar de noche pero es una zona muy desolada y con pocos lugares donde comer.

¡Mi estancia fue muy cómoda! El alojamiento cumple con toda la descripción del anuncio y la ubicación conecta muy bien con el transporte público, comercios, tianguis y Walmart. La tranquilidad en el edificio, iluminación y el área para trabajar en el loft me permitieron concentrarme en el trabajo a distancia. El WiFi y presión del agua siempre fueron buenos, además de que Jaime estuvo muy atento a toda comunicación. Recomiendo este lugar ampliamente.
