Real nice place to stay

My wife and I have stayed in many Airbnb's in many countries, and this airy serene retreat overlooking the most beautiful square in Mexico City is far and away our favorite. I've now stayed there twice and can't wait to go back. The neighborhood, Roma Norte, is one of the shadiest, most lively and most walkable anywhere we have traveled, filled with great art, restaurants, street food and people watching. We could live there tomorrow, and the Penthouse, with its view of the trees and fountain the square and its dreamy private rooftop, is the best possible place to stay. Highest possible recommendation.

Paty's place is a comfortable and charming apartment in the heart of Condesa. The location is ideal - a 12 minute walk to Chapultepec Park, short walks to plenty of restaurants, cafes, and ice cream parlors - and conveniently situated on a broad avenue that was surprisingly quiet. The living space was pleasant and spacious with a small balcony to enjoy coffee or have some fresh air. Paty was very responsive and provided helpful recommendations and instructions. We would stay here again on a future trip!

We stayed in Nemesio's apartment in the Condesa and it was an excellent experience. The apartment is very nice, spacious, well equipped and comfortable, with all the facilities one might need for a pleasant stay: full kitchen, well distributed spaces and good lighting. The location is unbeatable: in the heart of the Condesa, a charming neighborhood, safe, with many options for strolling, dining and enjoying the city on foot. In addition, Nemesio was an exceptional host: very friendly, available and attentive at all times. It made things so much easier for us, even when some unforeseen events arose, and was kind enough to allow us a late checkout, which was very helpful. Communication with him was always smooth, cordial and prompt. Fully recommended, we would definitely repeat

The apartment is in a quiet place and allows you to relax. The security staff at the entrance are very friendly. Patricia's instructions were clear and I was able to get in before the time! Patricia answers any questions about the apartment accurately and quickly.

Impeccable apartment, very well equipped, with everything it takes to be able to work and inhabit the space with security and comfort, in one of the best neighborhoods in Mexico City, with excellent connectivity and steps from commerce, markets, museums, cultural and entertainment spaces. Excellent views of Chapultepec Castle, the eclectic decorations were a point of fun conversation. Mr. Miguel greeted us upon our arrival, such a great and helpful person. We will 100% go back and recommend this place perfectly situated in the heart of beautiful CDMEX. Thumbs up!!

Highly recommended!!!!. Angel and his wife were on the lookout all the time, even calling if necessary, they didn't take anything to respond, which we really appreciate why he gave us more security. Located very close to the metro and the GNP stadium, it was ideal for walking and going to the GNP stadium without spending a lot on transportation (we were walking) The place is quite private and safe. We went down the street from the gas station, by the pedestrian bridge, so it's easier to get to the stadium and it's quite busy ;). The place is as it is in the photos, and they give you many amenities and facilities, you will not miss anything. I would definitely stay here again. Just to consider: It's on a fifth floor, you go up stairs. There is no fan but you won't be hot, opening the windows we had to tuck up. It was a very pleasant experience, and we didn't have any problems, definitely don't hesitate to choose this place.

The apartment is as in the pictures. The kitchen utensils are in adequate and in good condition. The internet is great and reliable. The height adjustable computer desk and the monitors are absolutely amazing in case you are working. Connectivity wise, it is in between two metro stations - each about a 10/15 minute walk. The throughput of water in the shower is a bit low - possibly needs improvement. Highly recommend.
