Loft holiday rentals in Roma Norte

We loved our stay here! Beautiful loft space in the perfect location for CDMX - lots of great bars, cafes and restaurants nearby. The place itself is a very cool space and gave us everything we needed. Jacobo was very responsive and helpful. Would absolutely book this again if we came back to the city.

Richard and Lety’s place exceeded all of our expectations! As someone who has visited Mexico City numerous times, I can honestly say their home is in an ideal location—just a short walk to the metro and a quick Uber ride to many of the city’s top attractions. The neighborhood feels very safe and has a great local market less than five minutes away where you can eat delicious food and buy anything you might need. But what truly makes this stay special is the room itself and the hosts. The space is cozy, the views are beautiful, and Richard and Lety are simply wonderful people. Their warmth and hospitality made all the difference during our trip. At one point they kindly offered to let us use their washer when I couldn’t find a laundromat, and by the time I came downstairs to collect our clothes, Richard had already washed everything for us. It was such a thoughtful gesture that really stood out. When I return to CDMX, I’ll definitely be booking with Richard and Lety again! Highly recom

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Ximena’s place is beautifully designed and decorated and the floor plan is spacious. She left recommendations and thoughtful touches in the space as well. We found the street noise to be a lot, but was drowned out fairly well using the fan on while sleeping. During the day it did get warm inside without AC but between opening the doors in the evening and using the fan overnight we found it comfortable even on the hotter days. We felt safe having security in the lobby and the neighborhood was very walkable. The view is lovely and location was central for us to walk or uber around many places throughout the city. Would definitely stay again and Ximena is a friendly and helpful host from start to finish in your stay.

Maru was kind and very helpful. The place is wonderful as it’s private and a large courtyard buffers you from the street. Roy the dog was so sweet. We 😍 loved it!!! Would definitely stay there again.

Alex’s space was amazing! Had everything and anything we needed. Super kind and responsive to any questions we had that popped up. The check in was super easy and was greeted by Laura one of Alex’s helpers who gave us a tour and made sure we felt right at home during our stay. The location was AMAZING. Super cozy, private, and calm. The space was clean and spacious. I will say be ready to climb up a set of stairs everyday after being out and about lol but if you dont mind some stairs then you’ll be okay! I also would add the bathroom was a bit narrow so if you are on the thicker side be prepared to side step a bit. I also wish they had a full body mirror outside of the bathroom since it’s a bit narrow. Outside of my those minor suggestions the apartment is truly a gem and would stay again and again!!! :)

Guillermo was a great host, very communicative from the jump to make sure we were comfortable. When we needed some extra accommodation he went out of his way to make it work. The location was wonderful, just outside the main hustle and bustle with everything you could want a 5-10 minute walk away. The apartment was clean and the balcony was perfect for enjoying a coffee or pre-dinner drink. I would highly recommend this airbnb to anyone looking to stay in CDMX!

Carlos really goes above and beyond to make sure you have the best time in CDMX! Not only is his place well decorated and in a very walkable location, but it's private and secure. Having Cafe Nin (Panderia Rosetta) downstairs was so nice each morning and we very rarely had to uber to get where we needed to go. The interior decor felt very soho house and was such a nice retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city. Looking forward to staying again when we're back in CDMX!

I had a lovely stay at Rodrigo’s. It was a convenient location and a relaxing place to crash after exploring the city.

The apartment is very comfortable for short or long stays as it has the essentials. It is on a busy street and close to hospitals, so it is common to hear ambulances, but the hosts left us headphones to sleep. We did not need them, but it was a nice touch. I also appreciated that they left fly repellent and insecticide as well as water! It is close to a subway and metrobus station so getting around is very easy and there are many food options nearby! When I went, it was rainy, so the apartment was cool. Obviously, when you leave and leave everything closed, it gets a little hot in the afternoons, but that was solved by leaving the windows open for a while, and at night it cooled down a lot. Would stay here again:)

Here are a few things we liked about this place that might set it apart from other air bnb’s you’re considering in CDMX: 1. Location - centralized for exploring the city. We mostly walked, but it was also super easy for uber to find. 2. Setup - great WiFi, perfectly-sized kitchen, the hottest shower I’ve ever had in Mexico City, filtered drinking water, we didn’t use the private patio much but it’s a great amenity 3. Host - Eduardo was QUICK to reply, easy check in/out, he gave us great local tips Some things to be aware of: 1. It’s 3 floors up, no elevator 2. There is a loud bar across the street 3. Key access only - no digital entry (for those of you who hate carrying keys around) This was a perfect place for us as a couple visiting as tourists. The apt. was comfortable, had everything we needed (& more), and is in a neighborhood we loved. On top of all that, Eduardo was a responsive, informative, and gracious host. We’d stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Our location was walking distance to mostly everything we wanted to do in Mexico City if not, only 10-20 minute drive away and the neighborhood is beautiful with great coffee shops, restaurants and an Oxxo just a few minutes walking distance away. The concierge was very friendly & provided us with great service everytime we left and arrived. I highly recommend this place and would consider staying here again in the future!

Awesome spot located right on Amsterdam in the heart of Condesa. This is my favorite location in CDMX I have stayed at because of how walkable and central it is to everything. Diana was also super helpful and responsive. She assisted in answering our questions about the apartment fast and when they were out of laundry detergent, she even got more delivered promptly. Amazing host! Thank you!

A comfortable and private apartment ideal for resting, in a beautiful area with restaurants. A few blocks from the Angel of Independence. Excellent location if you come to sightsee as the area is very safe and several interesting points of the city are close.

The location of the accommodation is excellent, as it can be reached on foot from the subway station. It was clean and tidy. Gaby was always attentive and was very kind on all occasions. I would stay there again.

The space had everything you could need, a water purifier, a television, a hair dryer, kitchen utensils, etc. It was a wonderful space. I would definitely return.

The accommodation is comfortable, has good amenities and is spacious. The bathroom was very clean. The area is quiet. During the day, the room heats up a bit, it can get hot, but there is a fan that cools the room. I recommend the accommodation. The host is very kind.
