Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Rolling Hills Estates

It would be hard to find a better location in Long Beach—one that’s walking distance to the beach and the best restaurants in town. The property and neighborhood had charm. The space was as described and perhaps even more spacious than anticipated. One of the more kind and responsive owners I’ve encountered. Would rent again!

Great stay at Maria’s place! It’s a sunny, comfy apartment with ocean breezes. I loved that the bedroom curtains allowed for a dark vibe for sleeping in but also the apartment in general had lots of light and fresh air. Lots to walk to including restaurants, cafes, bakeries, and the beach. And super convenient to a grocery store. Would love to stay here again!

This place was such a gem! Got to meet the hosts and they were so sweet and and helpful. If you're anywhere near Ocean Ave for the weekend and need a peaceful little oasis, this is your spot! Comfortable, inviting place once you walk in and such a convenient walk to downtown area. Will definitely be booking again!

This was one of the best AirBnb's I have stayed at. Jan was friendly and left several extra ammenities inside the home. The location was in a safe and walkable location. The outside seating areas were inviting and relaxing. My stay was very enjoyable and I will be returning when I am in the area again.

Anna was so sweet. People do rent out the front house, so only twice was parking a little eh, but the place and Anna were great! Super easy to get to with her instructions. She was easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend

Mieko was a really responsive and kind host that answered any questions I had promptly and thoroughly. The Airbnb was as described with lots of amenities and there was always plenty of parking on the street. The location was close to lots of restaurants and shops (an Aldi for any grocery needs literally right next door within walking distance) which was great, but also unfortunately had the caveat of loud street noise at night. We felt very safe in the area though and overall had a great stay.

Loved our stay! Home was very cozy! Leon was incredibly prompt and communicative, checked in with us, we really appreciated that. Home was nearby to all of Long Beach's tourist attractions, near the aquarium and outlets! We had a great time! Thank you Leon!

Nice place had a great time with my family

The house was perfect for a long weekend getaway with 3 couples. All the beds were really comfortable, and it came with all the dishes we needed for cooking and dining in. We grilled on the patio one night and it was really nice. The host was very responsive answering our questions about check-in times. It was an awesome value and definitely beat staying in separate hotel rooms! We would stay here again.

What a beautiful place! It was very pretty and super clean and So comfortable! We loved all the art, and the throws! It was one of the most enjoyable air bnbs I’ve ever stayed in. Thank you so much!

The place was as pictured. The entry walkway to the house is so beautiful. Lovely feel to the home and they were so kind to leave some goodies out for us! Enjoyed the home!

Carolann offers a really nice Southern California bungalow in a beautiful setting surrounded by lemon trees and flowers . The garden is a lovely private area to sit outside, and a screen room for when it's windy. The house is peaceful and relaxing, well-decorated and free of clutter. Convenient kitchen with everything you need - washer and dryer, dishwasher, a nice oven, appropriate dishes. The bathroom was clean with a large bathtub. (My boyfriend said the shower water pressure was low, but that didn't bother me). Carolann is a lovely person and it was very nice to meet her and speak with her. We'd love to return anytime! Great value.

Our group had a great time at the house! We loved the views to the water and all the variety of hanging out spaces, inside and outside. The place is clean and had plenty of room for our group to be comfortable.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Angela’s place. So cute and just what I needed. Angela was responsive, welcoming and friendly, without being intrusive. Location, location, location… Excellent host! Already planning my next visit :)

Felt right at home! Will definitely stay again

Absolutely thrilled about our stay here. It’s a beautiful condo with the best LA decor. Everything was clean and comfortable. Also- Having a WORKING washing machine in an Airbnb was a game changer! The rooftop views- wow!! How cool to have a pool and hot tub on the roof! There is also no reason to feel unsafe at this location (I saw other reviews with some worries). The security at the front desk was AMAZING. They will not let anyone in that is not supposed to be in the building. They eventually know you by name and greet you. They walked me outside to show me exactly how to get to the convenient parking garage provided by the host. (The parking garage is just as secure!) I could go on and on about our experience- but it will only allow me to write so much! Thank you so much Brandon! We will be back! If you want to stay downtown LA- stay here.

Booked for the rooftop pool view and it did not disappoint. The parking spot was a nice bonus. The unit itself was nice. Comfy bed, big tv, very clean. As others mentioned, it’s very bright; bring an eye mask if you don’t want to be up with the sunrise.

I travel a lot for work and I will definitely be checking to see if Luis’s home is available whenever I’m in town. I loved the classic historical building, the price was perfect, and the place really had charm. Not only that, it was a perfect apartment for a short stay solo. The kitchen was clean, the bathroom was well organized, and the bed had such a comfy feeling like I was crawling into a fluffy cave. I loved waking up in the morning and sitting on the balcony with a coffee. Bring beans to grind!

The property was very beautiful in a walkable neighborhood of Manhattan Beach, close to almost anything you could think of. When we arrived the place was definitely cleaned and ready to go. MB is one of my favorite places so to have found this last minute only a min or so walk from the beach was awesome! Check in was breezy and we seemed to have our own privacy which was key! This was a mother-son trip .I will give it to them the property is clean and in a perfect area. Upon check in the replies were a bit impersonal. Didnt really get the welcome to MB from the host i have experienced with past airbnbs. Got a “yea we have basics” reply to my question about pots and pans and although this didnt affect the stay in any way there was a moment or 2 i was second guessing the vibe, when the host did reply it was short and concise(to the point) Also it definitely gets a bit hot inside, and the AC could have been more efficient but what do u expect in LA😎☀️🕶️ We would live here its great

Amazing place, with a beautiful kitchen! The building itself was very quiet. Most everything was walkable, or at least a very short uber ride away! Any questions we had we got a response very quickly. A perfect stay for the weekend!

We had the best time on our trip! It is the perfect home in the perfect location. Kristi is a great host. We will definitely book again.
