It would be hard to find a better location in Long Beach—one that’s walking distance to the beach and the best restaurants in town. The property and neighborhood had charm. The space was as described and perhaps even more spacious than anticipated. One of the more kind and responsive owners I’ve encountered. Would rent again!

Will was a very responsive host and had great recommendations for the area. Just be aware that since this is an attached space to the next-door neighbors, the sound from upstairs is a bit prominent like footsteps/loud sound. Couple of knick knacks like the shower door and fridge door were to be fixed, but that was acknowledged to be repaired. Otherwise, I would love to stay here again.

Such a cute place ! The private patio area was really nice. It was also great having a garage to park in. Long Beach is infamous for parking so having a guaranteed spot is such a plus. There's also so many great places to eat near by. I highly recommend Jesse's place if you are going to Long Beach.

Great place, quiet and not hard to find. Dedicated parking spot and walking distance to the beach is great. Having phannys for breakfast burritos and La Terraza for coffee with both across the street was fantastic. Made getting up In the mornings and walking to the beach so easy and enjoyable. Sean was a great host. The place was clean, quiet, and the neighbors were friendly. Close to the interstate and airport (LAX) which made travel easy. Very detailed instructions for check in and check out!

This was a really cute little place, perfect for our trip! The neighborhood was quiet and we had no issues with the street parking. Shawnese and her family were really friendly and we enjoyed our stay!

This studio was amazing!! It was so cute, all of the decor and thought that went into this space was chefs kiss! The location was amazing and the vibe was just right.

Lila’s home was very nice and clean. The area was nice and quiet. She was very helpful with any questions we had. Most definitely will be booking again when in the area.

The house was perfect for a long weekend getaway with 3 couples. All the beds were really comfortable, and it came with all the dishes we needed for cooking and dining in. We grilled on the patio one night and it was really nice. The host was very responsive answering our questions about check-in times. It was an awesome value and definitely beat staying in separate hotel rooms! We would stay here again.

Jaiver was very kind and friendly and made sure our entire stay was comfortable for us! The house was decorated nicely and clean. He replies back very quickly if you have any questions. We felt just right at home and would definitely come back. :)

I’m extremely satisfied with John’s beautiful house, and I can say this is the best place I’ve ever stayed in LA among all of my 17 LA trips. My parents were so obsessed with John’s place and they said they wanna stay here forever. John’s place was so clean, bright, and prestige, which was exactly matched with the pictures. John was also being very responsive and friendly (always reply less than 10 mins). Nice place and totally worthy!

The place was as pictured. The entry walkway to the house is so beautiful. Lovely feel to the home and they were so kind to leave some goodies out for us! Enjoyed the home!

Beautiful and relaxing stay at Patricia’s pristine home. We especially loved the high quality bedding and expansive outdoor area.

Our stay at Megan’s home was truly wonderful. The house had a warm and welcoming atmosphere, both indoors and in the yard, which made us feel comfortable right away. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, providing a restful night’s sleep. Megan was also kind enough to recommend one of her favorite local restaurants, which turned out to be an excellent choice. We greatly appreciate her hospitality—thank you!

We really enjoyed staying here! The waterfalls and garden area that the balcony overlooks were a beautiful surprise. The complex was quiet and Jeffrey checked in each night we stayed to ensure everything was meeting our expectations!

Peter was the best host! Not only were the check in instructions great with photo examples to aid a smooth process but he was willing to work with me on checkout time. I came for work and left my belongings at the apartment thinking I would be back in time before checkout and Peter was not only helpful but very understanding. Being able to check in very late after a long flight with front desk security made it really easy and comfortable. It was so quiet! Which is surprising for the area. The space was more spacious and beautiful in person. Can’t wait to book this for visiting friends

The property was very beautiful in a walkable neighborhood of Manhattan Beach, close to almost anything you could think of. When we arrived the place was definitely cleaned and ready to go. MB is one of my favorite places so to have found this last minute only a min or so walk from the beach was awesome! Check in was breezy and we seemed to have our own privacy which was key! This was a mother-son trip .I will give it to them the property is clean and in a perfect area. Upon check in the replies were a bit impersonal. Didnt really get the welcome to MB from the host i have experienced with past airbnbs. Got a “yea we have basics” reply to my question about pots and pans and although this didnt affect the stay in any way there was a moment or 2 i was second guessing the vibe, when the host did reply it was short and concise(to the point) Also it definitely gets a bit hot inside, and the AC could have been more efficient but what do u expect in LA😎☀️🕶️ We would live here its great

We had a great time staying at this Airbnb, it was a beautiful and very clean. It was also very nearby to a handful of restaurants and shopping stores. All hosts were very responsive and friendly. Our only complaint was the check out time, the 10am check out time felt very early, earlier than hotel rooms and most Airbnb’s I have previously stayed in. Aside from that everything else was great and we enjoyed our stay.

Loved our stay here! We were instantly comfortable and had everything we needed. Easy instructions to get in. Felt safe and private. Typical city noise which is to be expected, but nothing bad at all, and the windows block out the noise perfectly so we slept great! No complaints and hope to come back next time we're in town for a concert! Thank you so much Christina!

John and Vincent were perfect hosts. Went out of their way to make the check in smooth, and be responsive. Their bnb is in a fantastic location, we walked everywhere , access to the beach was super easy and we were surrounded by great restaurants. My family had a wonderful break, we would go back in a heartbeat.

I had an incredible extended stay at Adam's place! It was very clean, quiet and in a great location. I was so happy and I highly recommend staying there. Adam was very responsive and I didn't have one issue!
