The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

It only takes about 20 minutes to drive to Odense by car. Trains and buses go directly from Langeskov, only about 10 minutes from the home. Price reduction for rentals longer than 1 week.

There is free access to the garden, gas grill, simple outdoor kitchen and the lakes. Fishing license can be purchased online for 50 kr. Located in scenic surroundings between 2 lakes, close to Odense.

Kick back and relax in this quiet and stylish space. The townhouse is located in Rolfsted, where there are bus connections to both Odense, Svendborg, Nyborg and Ringe. The home is 2 km from the scenic area of Tarup/Davinde. with lovely swimming lakes, fishing lakes, lovely walks, really a unique place. There are good shopping opportunities in Ferritslev and Langeskov. Egeskov which is definitely a visit each is 21 km away, also Funen's summerland. Likewise, Heartland festival or Tinderbox you live in close by.

Boathouse

Home away from home... Lean back, enjoy the view, and let the calm descend. The double patio door gives you the opportunity to open up, out to the water, as well as to go out on the private terrace, where your own outdoor shower is available in the summer. There is a table oven, stove, coffee maker, refrigerator with small freezer in the kitchen. Only 300 meters to the water, where there is a sandy beach. The boathouse is a separate residence from the main house, where I live with my 2 cats.

Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. WATERFRONT APARTMENT, BEATYFULLY LOCATED – CLOSE TO ODENSE CENTER - Free parking and bikes available. Located above the ground floor and is done in a personalized scandinavian style with calm colors and a lot of light. Private entrance from a staircase/balcony, view to forest and water. The apartment is fully furnished. Two bedrooms, spacious bathroom and a integrated kitchen/ living room. We live in the ground floor and are reachable at any time. City center is a ten minutes bike ride away.

In the main room you will find a full equipped kitchen, dining area,TV lounge and one queensize bed. You will have your own entrance, terrace with grill and parking area. 500 meters to lakes for both swimming and fishing. Closes village Årslev-Sdr.Nærå, where you can find supermarkets and bakery, is 5 min by car. Checkout 11pm.
